Cashier was horrible today at 6:10pm January 13, 2026… The black male cashier their was very unprofessional and rude..
As if he had no training at all. I would hate to have to order here again if he’s working…just horrible for no reason. Also no visible name tags, no hi, how many I take your order… Little Caesars can afford better training or better employees because wow, he’s horrible.

At this location: I had a large order of 8 different pizzas and they were all correct. All were cooked right, piping hot and tasted decent. Unlike some other local locations, this location had pizzas that doesn’t taste like cardboard and had good flavor.
The staff was super nice and helpful as well.

It was terrible, they sold me 3 old burnt dried out cold pizzas that wasn’t even cut and the worst part about it when I called up there to complain about my food a female employee had an attitude with me. I have eaten Little Caesars pizzas for years but at this location I will never go back to.

The Detroit style deep dish pizza lacks sauce and substance. It was terrible and uneaten. The pizza puffs taste ok but only had one piece of pepperoni on each. I also had to order Extra sauce because they were like dry bread sticks.

I ordered online and wanted it delivered to my house; I waited over 2 hours and my food wasn’t delivered and I still haven’t received my refund. I call the store and CS and still didn’t receive any relief. The University location in Little Rock Arkansas is trash and they all should be fired because the manager didn’t want the DoorDash driver to have her name and the app kept stating that the driver was waiting for order.. mind you I didn’t know they used door dash to deliver.. which is okay .. the manager kept saying someone has picked up my order.. but the delivery name that was on my order I was on the phone with and he stated that my order was not ready.
