La idea fue preparar un pollo sin grasa sin condimentos y sin especias. Abrimos la primera locacion en la ciudad de Compton, CA en Septiembre 23 del 2008.
Gracias al apoyo de nuestros clientes y a las ideas que nos sugerian logramos preparar el platillo de pollo a su gusto. Su satisfaccion fue nuestro exito.
Cuando nos dimos cuenta que nuestros clientes esperaban por el servicio decidimos abrir nuestra segunda locacion en Gardena.
Todos nuestros platos que llevan pollo estan marinados con frutas naturales, naranja, pina, papaya, limon, cebolla, ajo, cilantro, yerbabuena y es asado al momento sin grasa y 100% natural.
El servicio es atendido personalmente por sus propietarios.

The food is delicious but the girls at the register need some customer service training. I’ve gone twice to pick up online orders this week. the first time the girl didn’t want to sell me some salsa and was giving me attitude. I went today and I approached the girl to ask her for some napkins and she didn’t even bother helping, she just pointed at the bag (my order). Please take notice of this
