I ordered from Grill House for home delivery, and everything was perfect! The food was clean, fresh, and super tasty. Their charcoal-grilled chicken was juicy, tender, and full of flavor. One of the best middle eastern restaurants in metro NYC. we came with a part of five and ordered up a large sample of dishes. Everything we tried was one better than the next. Super tasty humus, light, fresh and lemony. I had a stuffed chicken over rice, which was to die for. We tried the mixed grill, shawarma, Middle East platter and several salads.

We stopped by around 9:10 to grab some food.on a Friday night. Even though the website said they closed at 10, they told us we could only get takeout, which was fine. However, when we got our order and started eating, we realized the chicken was raw. Very disappointing experience — we won’t be coming back.

We went based off of the reviews and were excited because l live in the area. Normally l usually get any Mediterranean food in Astoria NY because it tastes authentic and is always well prepared.
Grill House is clean and spacious. Their service was good. HOWEVER the actual Food/meats were not tasty unfortunately. Baba Ghanoush was the only hit, and rice was made very flavorful. And l can recommend the lime mint drink which was delicious.
We got the meat platter for 2. Presentation is excellent but the flavors just didn’t hit. It was gammy, lamb chop was burnt, there’s no seasoning in the hummus w/ shwarma chicken, and honestly the presentation was better than the taste. In the pictures, l added pepper for more flavor.
I hope they take this review not as an offense, but just to really improve on the flavor. Total cost was $72, thats way too high for subpar flavors.

The Best Middle Eastern Restaurant not only in Yonkers, but the greater NYC Metropolitan Region. The food quality and taste are just outstanding. Very high cleanliness standards. The restaurant went through a recent renovation and looks amazing! Very reasonable prices for the quality of food. Highly recommend. You may want to try the daily special dish for a surprise to your taste buds.

The food is delicious! Stopped by the grill house and had delicious chicken shawarma and tabouleh salad. The baba ganoush was excellent with the most amazing falafel I’ve ever had ever! It was moist and so full of flavor! The bronzino was cooked to perfection! The knafeh is ok. This place gets super busy but so worth the time to get the food as it’s made fresh to order.
