You want a burrito in Temecula/Murrieta at 11 pm? This is your place. The California Burrito is pretty good. Great ratio of steak to fries to cheese. A smidge light on the guacamole but the sour cream was a nice addition. I would give 5 stars but for two things: 1) the carne asada, which was cooked perfectly, could use more citrus. This could be fixed if 2) salsa was available, the salsa bar is closed at 11 pm, which is understandable but the acid from a good salsa would take the burrito to a 5/5 or 10/10. Price was standard. Will be back to try with salsa.

I ordered online for pick up, a Chipotle chicken burrito with extra sour cream which was an additional $1.75 to add. When I came in to get the order the guy at the counter put it down on the counter and placed the receipt next to it. It had a red line across where it said ‘extra sour cream’. I didn’t even notice until I got back to work with my food. The burrito had no sour cream in it. Very shady business. Also they didn’t give me any utensils or napkins.

One star again for good customer service, she turned the soda fountains back on for us to get a refill 10 minutes before closing.
Ordered children’s rolled tacos meal. The fries were alright, the rolled taco was bland and very hard. Even with guacamole sauce and a limp of melted cheese, it was not good.
I actually thought of the $8 I just spent as the price it cost me to write an honest review.
The sauce bar is also OOC like most everyone else’s. Any excuse for service providers to cutback on services these days.

Food, service, and atmosphere deserve 5 stars. Clean and well maintained space. Food is full of flavor and quick to come out, and the customer service is excellent. No complaints whatsoever.

The food was okay, but what really upset me was that they use cheap tissue paper underneath the fries, and when I got home, the paper literally dissolved into the fries, I tried removing it, but it fell apart. I hope I don’t get sick. They’re also overpriced for the cheap food they serve.

I am LIVID with how my mother was treated when I asked for her to pick me up food on her way home from work.
Claudia treated her poorly ever though my mom is the kindest lady (even left a not deserved tip because that’s just the type of person my mom is). I was JUST there the other night and was treated so kindly from the gentleman on the phone taking the order as well as the gentleman who i paid with at the front. I received a quesadilla with white cheese in it and that’s my favorite! Tonight my mother was getting it for me and Claudia claimed she been working there for years and had never once sold a quesadilla with white cheese in it. JUST HAD ONE LESS THAN A WEEK AGO CLAUDIA! Unbelievable. And then she decided to start talking about my mom in Spanish to the girl in the back and guess what MY MOM SPEAKS SPANISH CLAUDIA. I am so pissed. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because I have always had great service from the men there but Claudia you obviously need to be retrained on customer service and professionalism because you’re rude and truly I can’t wait to eat a yummy white cheese quesadilla from the men working there. I almost called and chewed you out over the phone but I figured I’d just leave a review si others know about Claudia’s behavior. Sharing on yelp too so everyone’s aware of Claudia’s attitude
