Tried this place today, should have read the reviews. Ordered the birria tacos no cheese. 12 bucks wasted! Tacos were almost empty; but it was okay because the meat was bland, dry, and tough. The lime is the only star on the plate, that lime was fresh and juicy, thus 1 star! The rice was dried out, beans were far too salty both went to the trash! I heard this place was a good food truck, well they need to get back to basics, because this plate was terrible!
There’s a much better Taco spot on Eldorado and Main inside the gas station! They pack the tacos with delicious tender flavorful meat, I get fries on the side, comes with a large drink! And it’s cheaper!! This place is closer to my house, but from now on, I’ll make the drive!!!!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They do not take pride in their food and do not care about their customers! My food came out looking like it was punted like a football! Taste was not good, was not fresh, and they forgot multiple ingredients! Save your time and money and go get yourself some REAL MEXICAN FOOD!

Delicious!! I got a birria plate and it was totally worth it. They used to be a food truck nearby, but now they r inside this gas station.

I have tried this place a few times and I have never had any issues and food is normally good. However this time around I was disappointed. I had ordered online for a take out on 2/4. My husband had gone to pick up the order for me. When he arrived to pick up the food several items were missing with the order. When he had asked the girl at the checkout counter what was missing she had asked the back about what was missing they had denied and said everything was there. My husband had to call me to ask for a copy of the receipt as they kept denying what was missing. She apologized for the mistake but the men in the back didn’t care and wanted proof for the items. Then when he had gotten home he didn’t remember to check that everything was there and they had missed my side of guac that I had paid for. I didn’t follow up because at that point if he was already having issues with the 3 missing drinks I had paid for as well. I didn’t want to waste my time trying to argue that a side of guacamole was missing. Food was okay, it lacked flavor and the pastor tacos were dry. Probably won’t go back there again which is sad. I had even followed up on DoorDash about my order but never heard from them either.

Received an email stating I was getting a refund on my missing item. I appreciate that but I still think if you use an online system to take orders. Be sure to look at what the client orders.

The worst $19 burrito experience, the rice was not Mexican rice, barely had meet in it and asked for asada. You can eat three times more food for the same money and very tasty at Pollo Regio. What are disappointment

Came here on Friday for the first time. Ordered 2 Birria Plates and 1 Loaded Fries and my partner and I were genuinely impressed with the food. Birria Tacos had a good taste (just a bit small) and the salsas + consome were good too! The loaded fries were absolutely delicious as well. We ordered in person and our food was ready for take-out in less than 15 minutes. Oh, and for about $38, I’d say it’s a good deal compared to other Mexican food nearby. Make sure y’all pull up!

If you’re craving delicious tacos, look no further than Los Suarez Taco Food Truck! I recently tried their 4-taco plate with an extra taco, and I went for a mix of steak and chicken. Considering this is a newer, small food truck, I was really impressed by the flavor and quality of the tacos. They may be on the smaller side, but they are definitely satisfying, and the price is more than fair. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! A big thank you to the lady who helped me place my order—this was my first visit, but it certainly won’t be my last!

I ordered the Birria taco plate & burger w/fries. Everything was hot & fresh. I really liked the green sauce as well. The cashier was very friendly. This is now my new taco spot!
