We went there for the first time how about a week ago and decided to try their al pastor tacos, carne asada tacos and their mini flautas
Everything was made to order add cooked to perfection. Even the tortillas that the tacos were on for freshly handmade. It was a game changer… A difference Maker
I never thought I would be full after two tacos ever in my life. The way everything is portioned was phenomenal and I do look forward to making this a regular spot for myself and my fiance

Food was great. Wait staff was lovely. Margarita prices weren’t on menu – ended up being $19 which was as much as our meals (and also huuuge with no option for a cheaper/smaller drink). Second basket of chips with salsa costs extra so we passed on that. Probably won’t go back bc of the cost of drinks and extra charges but the food was indeed good and the staff was great.

I always wanted try this place ever since they opened and I finally did ! The Service and food was amazing, the beauties of the restaurant is you can sit outside and enjoy the weather cutest little place outside., love it; my only concern about this place is the price on the drinks super expensive and not a fair drink(not tasty, no flavor ,not strong & portion not good/fair) I was charged almost $19 for a Margarita Passion Fruit frozen, this is crazy! no way! . I don’t mind paying but you need to be fair about what you’re serving . I might give it a second try. Like I mentioned above to give a second try. I did went back and the food so good, I ordered one of the best dishes so tasty .love it all tacos amazing ,tacos Tuesday $1 each . Yareli the waiter was very nice and friendly liked the first time I was there; she’s amazing this time I had to stay away from the Margarita too expensive, no Joke! Owner needs to revisit prices . I can get the same Margarita for $14 up the street two blocks away and others place.

I loved it so much I went with my step dad, mother, grandmother, and 2 brothers for my grandma and step dad’s birthday. The waitress who served us was so sweet and kind and I loved it, the man who served the food to us was also very kind and sweet 10/10 service and I loved seeing all the decor and I loved the food. The hot chocolate was sooooooooo good I love this place I wanna come again.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in Danbury!! Is ever authentic with the food, is one of the best places to eat tacos not only because they’re delicious but I can get individually which means I can eat as many different ones at the same time . The environment makes me feel like if I was in Mexico, not just that the decor is gorgeous and they have unique pieces. The service is great here, the waiters are very attentive and respectful. I would definitely come back for the experience and for the tacos

The FOOD hot damn it’s fire only place I get tacos if I can help it wish it was closer to my house I’ve explored the menu and never been disappointed. So far THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD in CT. Came here 3 times in 3 weeks and food was simply amazing. The service is also amazing, ask for Joseline(not sure if i spelled it correctyl) because she goes above and beyond anybidy else. Her recommendations and service is A++. Definitely be back for more. Great tasting food that doesnt leave you with feeling bloated or heavy after eating. Also when you are the try the FROZEN MARGARITAS … KEEP IT UP!!!

Great lunch at Rivera Cafe. We get chips & Salsa and a glass of water to start. I went for the Carne asada and it was good but to be honest, the tacos my lady had look and tasted so much better. horchata was pretty good. Decorations were fantastic!
