Walked in with my big Afro and daughter.. waited for about ten minutes, then an older Hispanic lady walks in and we’ll as an older gentleman.. the were greater and assisted within in 2 minutes.. if I didn’t speak up I’d probably still be standing there waiting for some respect. Thankfully I have my own respect and just decided to walk out. That felt so bad even when my 8 year old noticed and had to ask why we were ignored. I just told he I don’t know baby. Never coming back.

This place is awesome. Great food, great drinks, and the staff are wonderful. I go here almost weekly. The enchiladas, beans, and orchata drinks are sooooooo good. My go-to place for dining on the weekend. Most of the time, I do take out, but dining in is really good, too. Don’t forget to tip their wonderful staff. They treat you very well and are super friendly.

I really wanted to like this place more than I did. The food wasn’t bad, but also was missing or lacking just something to make it great. The shrimp cocktail had lots of flavor and was definitely the highlight of the meal. The Chile Colorado was not the best I’ve tasted. There were definitely some issues with the steak, several bites were tough to chew and gristle-ish. The sauce was thick and starchy. I did enjoy the homemade tortillas.

The food is great! , But I came here for breakfast and I’m not sure if there is a big turnover on waiters or waitress, but I don’t think the service is good at all anymore. I always have wait too long to be seated and served to even get water! And it’s practically empty. A staff brings chips and salsa and then say somebody else give you your drinks. Hmmm I’m eating salty chips I’m going to need water, that should be the first thing to bring! I don’t like the service. But I love the food, so I keep going back. Maybe they need hire friendly waitresses. I see there are some guys that service chips and salsa, I think they should be waiters they are super nice!!!!!!!!

So there was a long delay to order my food… no one was at the front for to-go orders. Fortunately my food came out pretty quickly thereafter. I got the chilaquilles breakfast. It was just okay (not tasty or yummy) and NOT worth $12. Also the beans tasted like canned beans. Overall probably won’t be back.
