Ordered take out and picked up around 7:50pm “check # ends with 779”, 8/30/23. Ordered two outlaw ribeyes medium well, appetizer and dessert. We spend almost $100 and our steaks were overcooked big time, they were passed well done!! Upon calling I spoke with Jamie a supervisor, she didn’t ask me how to make things better nor she apologized. She automatically said I’m guessing you want a gift card, asked for an email and hung up… As a customer I am aware that things happened and been a supervisor or manager should be equipped with manners and courtesy. Communication and politeness is all it takes to make two parties agree. I am sure you are doing a terrific job but you clearly dropped the ball on this one. Can’t wait to receive my gift card so I can give you guys another chance and make this better.

Food was terrible. My favorite is chopped steak with mushroom gravy & mashed potatoes. My dinner was swimming in gravy which made my dinner inedible. I couldn’t get our servers attention. My husband had the Red Rock grilled shrimp which he said was good. The bread was fresh & warm.
