Our server was genuinely kind and doing her best, but she was clearly overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the rating. I ordered a hamburger that first came out severely undercooked, and when it was sent back, it returned completely overcooked—basically a hockey puck.
The restaurant itself also felt neglected. The bathroom was fairly dirty, and the windows on the doors were noticeably grimy, which didn’t help the overall experience.
I’m not someone who’s quick to criticize restaurants, and I really wanted to like this visit. While the service effort was appreciated, the food quality alone doesn’t justify a 4.3 rating. Based on my experience, this location is very average at best.

My sister and I came and we had a great experience. I had the parmesan crusted chicken and my sister had steak. Everything was delicious. The drinks were strong but still flavorful. Our server was Philip, and we will definitely ask for his section next time. He made our visit extremely comfortable but still maintained professionalism. Come try them out!

We started with the shrimp appetizer, perfectly seasoned and delicious. We also had the cheese-stuffed mushrooms, which were a hit. For the main course, we shared the 30oz ribeye, absolutely amazing! It came with mac & cheese, a loaded baked potato, and Caesar salad. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor.
Our server, Lucas, was outstanding. He was kind, attentive, and very professional. He made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
We truly enjoyed everything and would definitely come back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food and top-notch service.

This was a very disappointing experience! My husband and I took our grandson and his new bride out for dinner. Our server Sean greeted us and took our order. We got the Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms and they were very salty. I told Sean and he didn’t offer to take them back, so we ate them. The Caesar Salads were bland. We ordered a Ribeye, NY Strip, 2 Filets and 1 Lobster tail. He brought our 3 meals and put the Lobster and 9oz Filet in front of me and I told him my husband got the Lobster and he said,”No! This is yours!” Then he said, ” I’ll bring his dinne!” Then he said, “You can give it to him when I come back with his plate!!” I took one bite of my steak and it was too salty! He brought my husband ‘s steak and he took a bite and his was too salty. We told Sean we couldn’t eat them, and suggested the chef taste it and he said that was disgusting! Gordon Ramsey tastes food that comes back. Sean said, “We season our meat!” By this time my husband and I couldn’t take it anymore. He said he’d take the 2 Filet back! In the meantime I ate my Baked Potato and my husband ate his Lobster. Our guests finished their dinner and we waited patiently. Sean came back with my steak in a to go box with 2 new sides and my husband hurriedly ate his steak! Our guests were patient and grateful but my husband and I were embarrassed for the disappointing meal and lack of customer service!

We used this Longhorn to cater our wedding reception. From figuring out options to offering service at the wedding to set-up and clean-up to truly amazing food… they were top notch! Our guests repeatedly spoke so very highly of the food! Could not recommend them enough!

Without a doubt, it is one of the best barbecues in the city! Great service, pleasant atmosphere. However, the cleanliness was disappointing — dirty floors, poorly cleaned tables, and worst of all, a filthy restroom with no conditions to properly wash one’s hands. There is an urgent need for a professional cleaning specialist in all the restaurants, as cleanliness is consistently lacking.

This is Longhorn on Southside Blvd., and this restaurant consistently does an outstanding job!!!!!!!! Please see the pictures of the impeccable quality you are getting. This is how the food is supposed to be made unlike how the Airport’s branch makes food (see my previous post on that branch). Every time I go here to this branch on Southside it’s 5 star service starting through at the door!!!!!!!!!!

Went here tonight for the first time and was highly disappointed. Was told it was a 30 min wait, it was closer to 50 mins. Once we got sat, we noticed a lot of empty tables, no not understanding the long wait. We began to order our food and I ordered the rib-eye with the side baked potato, was told they were completely out of potatoes. What steakhouse wouldn’t have enough potatoes on a Friday night? Aldi’s is literally right behind this location, they could have bought potatoes there lol. Food came and we started eating but noticed my daughter who ordered the 6 piece chicken tender only got 3. Not sure what they did to my steak but it was burning the inside of my mouth cause how much ever pepper or spice they put on it, I didn’t even eat half of it. We were never checked on by the server, we had to flag her down to get the rest of the chicken fingers. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. We will NOT be returning.

I ordered a 12oz steak (medium) with mashed potatoes and a salad. I asked for the bread as well..: everything was delicious!!!! However, the salad portion wasn’t enough for what it should be and the extra condiments I had asked for were forgotten lol other than that I’m happy!
