The chicken they use for the chicken bowl and enchiladas are ok not my favorite, but the chicken from the 2-4 piece meals is really good, definitely recommend

I stopped by for lunch and only had 45 minutes so I opted for a wet red burrito. There were no customers ahead of me and the establishment was virtually empty except for a customer who had already finished her meal and was still sitting at her table. I was asked if I wanted a drink and I asked for simple water. I was told they do not have water and was instead offered either horchata or jamaica. I declined and was met with a bit of attitude. I waited 20 minutes and was about to cancel my order but decided not to as I worried I’d get more attitude in trying to get a refund and it would take much longer causing my lunch hour to go to waste. Upon receiving my food I had to ask for it to go since I was out of time. Upon returning to work, I found not only that I received a green burrito instead of a red one (not a big deal but it’s nice to get what you ask for) but also there were many small bones in the burrito. What if I had given this to my child? That is certainly a hazard. I also believe that by law restaurants should offer water (not sure if free but I’ve never been to a restaurant that didn’t have water). I do not see myself going back any time soon. To be fair, I have had Los Pollos in previous years from their other locations but this one in particular is not one I will go to again.
Perhaps it was just a bad day for the crew so if you’d like to give it a try please do so but do not give any burritos to small children as the bone pieces are a chocking hazard.

Came in for the Caldo de Pollo (Chicken Soup) before lunch around 10:30am, and the place was still empty. I was expecting just a regular-old-same-ol’-same-ol’ soup, but I was pleasantly surprised with an exceptional Mexican-style chicken soup. The flavor was nice and rich, and the portion was filling. I’m definitely coming back. Customer service was great, too.

HORRIBLE. I came here to get food. My 6 year old daughter had to use the restroom before we ordered and the staff literally screamed at us and said we needed to order food if we wanted to use the restroom. I stated that we would be ordering food but after the rudeness I decided not to purchase from them nor use their dirty bathroom at all. It was so nasty in there.

I hate getting my order wrong for an instigators. Workers just follow directions.Great food and good service. When i go back and get my order correct I’ll change my rating. So my sides have to be large since that’s what we paid for not regular size. Customers should not have to check there order before walking out. That’s why a good business has returning customers all year long. No one is perfect.
Came back and we got our order and the one owe.
