They were out of my first choice, but had my second choice. I got one scoop (not very big) in a sugar cone and it was nearly $8.00 and then the screen suggest a tip- which I ignored. The ice cream was good, but the price is ridiculous!

Expensive for meh ice cream. I got the one vegan flavor (strawberry marshmallow) and it wasn’t very good. 2 very small scoops for 8 dollars plus tip? Wild.

I haven’t been here in a while and was in the neighborhood. There was a bit of a wait because only 1 person was working. He did a great job. The ice cream bowl was good but for the price I felt I should have gotten a bigger portion.

First visit to a Ben & Jerry’s. It was great. They didn’t have the flavor I wanted (salted caramel core, I have always wanted to try it but it’s not available where I live) but I don’t hold that against them. I tied salted caramel brownie in a waffle cone. Definitely recommend it!

Not sure if it was just the time I went but it was awful. 4pm on a tuesday. Price is completely outrageous, $10 for a small cone. The cone was soggy and the employee could not get my order right after several attempts. They all seemed very uncoordinated and like they had no idea what they were doing. A shame this was added to the loop. Management get it together

I’m so glad they opened this location back up in the Delmar Loop I had really stopped going because the ice cream seems soft while scooping it into Cups and Cones the ice cream is great the cookies I know for me it’s like a Cookie Crisp but they’re like they’re stale I think the one I bought was old but the ice cream was delicious and they have some non-dairy ice creams so delicious customer service was okay but helpful thanks for coming back. I bought 6 scoops and a cookie 25$

I stopped by here as I was looking for something refreshing to eat on the Delmar Loop. This was the only place that did not have a long line. They have lots of flavors but were missing a few. The staff was quick at getting my order. However, they did not look like they were enjoying their job. They also forgot to refill the spoon dispenser so that made it initially hard to eat.
