wow the customer service is phenomenal… waiters literally running around trying to accommodate as quickly as possible. if anything they should feel like they can slow down a little hahaha. food was great, guacamole was great, the only thing i didn’t like was one of the meats in my fajitas had a weird flavor. otherwise great meal!

Ample places to park. Very welcoming atmosphere. No wait for seating when we went. Freshly made food and the house green salsa is so good. I had Pollo flautas, no beans, extra guac. I will be returning.

Excellent!! Very well priced. We loved the queso fundido, the salsa, the margaritas (mango frozen and regular on the rocks), and the molcajate. Tons of food and everything was delicious, amazing and perfectly cooked. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Only complaint is that they aren’t near our hometown.

I was referred by a local resident and I was not disappointed. Everything was absolutely amazing! Strong margaritas and savory meal. The serving was more than enough for two people. I have been eating on mine for two days and it’s better than fresh. If I’m ever in the area again I know where I’m going!

I love the place. The food is great. There is a trans waiter there and she is super friendly. Im really mascaline and asertive but she is kind of shy but does her job VERY well. I will definately go back tbere. They give fast service also.

Los Molcajetes is a solid Mexican restaurant located near the industrial area of Albany. It’s a convenient spot whether you’re looking for a quick lunch or a full sit-down meal. The quality of both the ingredients and the dishes is excellent.
The carne asada is especially delicious, as is the meat in general, and the quesadillas and enchiladas are full of flavor and clearly made with care. I haven’t tried the seafood dishes yet, but they looked fresh and well-prepared.
The staff are friendly and accommodating, and one of the standout features is the cleanliness of the place, it’s one of the few spots in Albany that truly smells clean when you walk in.
At times, the service can be a little on the slower side, but considering the quality and the fact that everything is prepared fresh, I honestly don’t mind the wait. If you enjoy Mexican cuisine and appreciate well-made, flavorful food, Los Molcajetes is definitely worth checking out.

My family and I were passing through headed to Callaway Gardens for The Christmas Lights. We stopped here based on their 4.6 star rating with Google. The ratings did not disappoint. The food, service, and portions were fantastic. Our server Jair was great and the manager was coming around often to see how everything was. Whether you live I the area or are just passing through and craving Mexican food then this is the place for you.
