Today we came in, were seated quickly, and the service was excellent. Antonio, our server, was very pleasant (¡Gracias Antonio! ). He kept offering menu recommendations, checked in on us often, and made sure our drinks were always refilled—even though the restaurant was packed tonight.
We ordered the tostada de camarón and the pulpo estilo Nayarit, and both were . We also tried the empanadas estilo Nayarit, and they did not disappoint!
Once again, gracias Antonio for being so welcoming and making the evening for my daughter and me exactly what we hoped for.
The steak was the only good part. It was cooked perfectly, tender, and had good flavor. The crab leg was mediocre. Didn’t have a lot of meat and was dry. The worst part of it all were the sides. They give you rice with vegetables. The rice was bland with no flavor and the vegetables were frozen vegetables that you would get from Aldi for 80 cents. Now I dont have a problem with Aldi vegetables. I love Aldi. But if im paying 45 dollars for a meal, I would assume the vegetables would be fresh. My wife got a stuffed pineapple with shrimp. She didn’t finish it. Overall, its way over priced for some mediocre food. My bill for 1 taco, fries and two meals was 113 bucks.
