I walked in craving something unforgettable and WOW did they deliver. The birria taco was everything you dream of—juicy, tender meat wrapped in a perfectly crisp tortilla, dunked into the richest consommé that tasted like it had been simmering for days just to blow my mind. Every bite was pure bliss. Also, it was gigantic, two would be a meal for me.
But wait—then came the Birria Ramen Soup. Yes, you heard that right—birria and ramen had a love child, and it’s a masterpiece. The broth was packed with deep, savory goodness, and those tender chunks of birria swimming in it? Absolute perfection. Noodles soaked up all that flavor, and I swear I could eat this every day and never get tired of it.
It was under $10.
The service? Top-notch. Super friendly, welcoming, and speedy fast. They gave me a little buzzer and I could wait in my truck on a cold day until it was ready, maybe a five minute wait tops. I’m honestly counting down the days until I can go back and relive this epic food experience. If you haven’t been to Los Hermanos Taqueria yet—do yourself a favor and GO NOW. You’ll thank me later!

We always see this food truck when we go to the dentist and on our way to MMA…. We finally decided to give them a try. We love tacos
We ordered 7 asadas. That’s our go to when we try a new taco place. I don’t know why but it is. The guy who took our order was pleasant. Our tacos came out hot and fresh with lots of meat , toppings and sauces.
We tried the tacos without the sauce and the asada was flavorful. The red sauce was spicy enough to enjoy it with the tacos. We will definitely be back.

Made a few substitutions to there quesabirria taco’s, no problems no confusion. The food is amazing.! These guys got what you want and some! The food truck knows how to make a craving belly happy!.

Another street taco vendor, with the right expectations from other similar offerings, Los Hermanos strikes the right balance between price, portion size and the most important in this case spot on flavor! Been a couple of times since when passing through.

I’ve been coming to this place for atleast a year now. The tacos are spot on, they mean it when they say authentic Mexican cuisine. The price is good too, not over inflated like some “hyped” spots can be. I haven’t had any bad food from here, and have ordered just about everything they have.

If you want to I eat very dry birria tacos
And dry toasted Lengua tacos , well this is the place
Tables are available but bring a rag to clean them or else you will have to eat on a dirty table
Sorry hermanos it won’t hurt to improve your food
Is a great location but is best if you find a better recipe for the birria and please don’t overcook the meats as eating dry food is not so fun

It doesn’t get any better than this truck and I’m kind of glad it hasn’t gone by yet because I don’t wanna have to wait in line for my favorite spot lol truly one of the best gems in northern Utah
