This restaurant was a destination stop in my youth. They are not in my state, so I had to visit them again when I was out of town. This restaurant is clean, but I did notice several wet stains on their ceiling, which could be roof leaking. We ordered a 3 piece meal and a chicken taco. The sides were corn and beans. Everything in the meal was good tasting. My only complaint is chicken pieces are too small. The taco with visit sauce was also good. Prices are a little high for a fast food meal.

5 experience without a doubt. I frequently visit this location and I must say the staff is always friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean. The food is always good. They consistently do a great job and it’s worth stopping at this location as you will surely enjoy the experience.

I love Pollo Loco and have been enjoying it for years. Unfortunately this location really skimps out on the chicken for bowls/salads and it’s very frustrating. I’ve had to mention it when I ordered again and that was the only time I was given a decent portion of chicken. The following visit I didn’t mention anything and it was back to the very small amount of meat. I would normally stop by when I’m in a pinch but at this point it’s just so disappointing that I don’t want to order here anymore. The 4S Ranch location gives awesome portions if anyone is interested. The food itself is great considering the convenience.

I ordered a kids meal and by mistake I asked for rice instead of mc and cheese, i went to see if i could get it swapped and the cashier super nice “no questions asked” gave me a small side of mac and cheese with a smile.

Working on changing my diet and trying to eat a little more healthy. I got their citrus chicken avocado salad. Looks really balance. As a chain it’s consistent were you go. For 5 stars i need a “I would not have expected it to be this good.” Type experience.

Like always this restaurant never provide a proper order either they gave you a wrong item or they miss some of the items, I live in a rural area so either way my closest restaurant. This place is always a hit and miss.. I called them to get a refund for the items that they didn’t put on my bag and they refused, they asked me to back to the location which is about 9 miles from my house

Today I went to get some Pollos, didn’t learn my lesson
I paid for the 3 piece meal and went I got home what a surprise only 2 Pollos.. that’s really sad that they don’t check the orders before is handle to the customer.. I like to leave 0 Stars but to bad I don’t have the option and what is worse if I called in all what they will say will be,, please come back and will give you credit like if I leave around the corner!!
