I was just there today February 18th 2025 around 6:20pm and the customer service has gone down the drain. First of all no one behind the counter greeted us, secondly I was waiting to be acknowledged when another lady comes from the corner with her mouth full of food and talking at the same time. Then when I received my order she didn’t bother to make sure my order was correct and they were missing my guacamole. I had to tell her twice because she ignored me the first time. Then I asked for salsa and she said “they are right there ” like I was supposed to know that those were for customers worth to go orders. And I said well you sure have changed things around. Her answer was we want to serve fast. Once I got home discovered that the carne asada fries that I ordered totally disappointed because they did not make it as ordered, one spoon full of beans and hardly no meat but a crap ton of sour cream.
Well let me tell you after 5 years of loyal business I’m done with this place. This was the 4th time we had bad food and bad customer service. And it is the last time.

I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito and I really like the way it was put together. I’ve had other breakfast burritos before and the potatoes were larger and dry tasting but not Los Favoritos. They cut the potatoes into small bite size pieces, so you taste all the ingredients in each and every bite. I love that.

I waited 25 mins to receive my order which was a Carne Asada Burrito and 2 tacos. Meanwhile, the guy that came in after us got his food alot sooner than we did. When I got home and opened my tacos this is what I found. A half eaten taco of which I can only assume one of the kitchen staff took a bite of and just threw it into my order. It looked comprimsing so I gave the the tacos to my dogs. I won’t be coming back to this “Dog Food Shack” again.

I’m picky about my food, Mexican food especially. Everything was great on my Enchilada plate, number 6. The rice is THE BEST I HAVE HAD !! Wish there was one closer to me, but I will be here again sometime.

AZ is known for good mexican food and this place doesn’t disappoint! Ive liked everything Ive ever eaten here. They have the best beans and rice. Quick service and large menu for a smaller place.

Modest location serving Mexican food for takeout or open seating. I ordered the potatoe breakfast burrito and paid a reasonable $7.74. The burrito was filled with potatoes, eggs, and cheese, which was absolutely delicious.
The walls could use a little painting but overall a fair environment. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable about the food, and quick to serve your order. An added bonus is that even their utensils are sturdy to use.
I can appreciate that both Spanish and English are spoken. A nice little tid bit – they don’t charge you for using your debit or credit card, like some of their competitors. Take a chance and visit Los Favoritos. It was really worth it.

The woman taking orders today was clearly not enjoying her job. I had to tell her my order 3 times and after waiting almost 30 minutes for my food, she still got it wrong. When I showed her my receipt and that I still needed two more burritos she got irritated and said it was because I changed my mind. Then, the other woman said, “if you don’t like it, you should just eat at home.”

came to check it out food could of been fresher also wasnt hot either got # 18 6 taqitos with beans and rice, they over did it on the cheese to much cheese not enough guacamole they where a bit stingy on guacamole the rice and beans are good the nachos had more than enough jelepenos the enchiladas where not the best, tasted a little weird prices are fair. overall ok would come again only for there barrito

The carne as a day burrito is pretty good. The service at this location is ok. Overall not impressed. May not return the nachos were missing really the cheese. The chicken and cheese enchiladas were just blah no real flavor. Just didn’t have that authentic flavor.

The shredded chicken tacos, served with rice and beans, are both tasty and tender. Shredded beef tacos with rice and beans are favorites among my friends reminding them of home. The takeout service is quick and reasonably priced. Be sure to have some cash on hand for tips.
