I’ve been here a handful of times and the food is really good especially the garlic shrimp! I love the shrimp cocktail too, it’s really good if you just want something light. I had a strawberry Margarita and it was perfect my friend had a Paloma, the Karaoke is fun! and the waitresses are very Attentive and friendly. The bathrooms are clean. Kids are welcome. Try them out! You won’t be disappointed in the big portions of food!

I happen to see this was walking distance from costco tire center and it is definitely worth the walk. I was greeted with friendly service and the bar tender was very kind. I only ordered a michilada and 4 of the happy hour drinks. Which was well tequila or titos bogo. I highly recommend.

Two out of three of us thoroughly enjoyed (thus four stars and not five) a very authentic meal at Los Compas Taqueria. The two who enjoyed shared a molcajetes – which neither of us had ever had, and it was excellent. The place was empty while we were there, so I can’t speak to the atmosphere. We came in after a long drive from the Bay area towards Yosemite, and were glad to have stopped in.

I finally stopped by for lunch. I ordered a bowl of Menudo and it came with three homemade delicious corn tortillas. The serving size is generous. For my beverages I had a Jarritos Fruit Punch and ice water. The chips and salsa were amazing! I also received really good service. I will definitely be back.

The service was friendly and the environment was pleasant. However, the food did not feel worth the price. We ordered tortas, and they were very small with only a small amount of asada. There was little meat overall and no rice or beans inside, which made the portion feel especially lacking for the cost. Because of this, the value didn’t meet expectations. I would rate the tortas a 0/5 and we were still hungry and disappointed.

The salsa has the perfect little kick to it. The meats are very good. The corn tortillas are handmade. The best molcajete in town by far. The service was excellent. Definitely will be coming back. Probably every time I’m craving Mexican food.

My fiancee and I were on a road trip and decided to look for a place for some tacos and a michelada. As soon as we entered we loved the ambiance of the customers passing around the microphone singing karaoke. We walked up to the bar and were greeted right away to a very nice bartender/waitress. The michelada was delicious, our tacos and burrito were delicious, chips and salsa were amazing, and the customer service outstanding. Another lady would keep coming up checking on us to see if we needed more chips and salsa. The chips were fresh and so was the salsa, with a little bit of heat at the end. When she found out we were in the middle of a long drive she went and grabbed us to go water to take with us. And then I’m not sure if he was the owner but a man came to check on us and see if we were happy with our meal. When we were leaving with our to go boxes he jumped up to try to give us a bag but told him we didn’t need it. We just had our leftovers for lunch and still as delicious as yesterday. We live two hours away but already we told ourselves we will make it a point to come back again.
