I came here through drive thru to get a bacon, egg and croissant sandwich and the three churros with Carmel sauce. The crossiant was slightly burnt and made the croissant overall crunchy which was ok but not the best. Then the churros, not even 10 minutes go by and they were already starting to get hard, I don’t know if it’s because these churros were pre-fried then reheated or what but if I were you I’d skip the churros and 2 out of the 3 had barely any cinnamon sugar on them. Overall the customer service in the window was friendly and fast.

I went this morning and they we polite, great customer service. I did not remember the young lady or the gentleman’s name that was there however they were accommodating because I am new to Utah and really doesn’t don’t know Items on the menu however they were able to make a very good tasting coffee and I’m very picky with my coffee so 10 out of 10 recommend we’ll be back

Great place to grab a cup of coffee. Everyone is always nice and professional, even when you spill your coffee at the drive through. Ha! They are very nice and the coffee is excellent. I especially love the hot mocha and their muffins.

Just tried to go to drive thru and the workers didn’t take my order at the screen, then they made eye contact with me at the window and didn’t take my order thru the window. Pretended I wasn’t there I guess? Really annoying. Long hair hipster looking boy and girl, bad for business.

I think the owner of this franchise needs to come take a look at his store. The chairs are ripped. The floor is dirty. The help is less than helpful. Sad to see it go downhill used to be our go to place.

My 6 year old and I stopped in for a quick afternoon mommy son date. The barista there was the sweetest most patient person! I couldn’t remember the name of my favorite drink so i described it- she had it made And it was Perfection!

The staff is always nice and willing to help out! I’ve enjoyed every visit and the coffee is always great. The food is also really good, especially the burrito. The drinks have a lot more value than ones from Starbucks because you get more for your buck. My favorite local coffee shop!

Service and iced Mrs Bs was great – however Beans and Brews really needs to get better plastic cups. The ones they are using especially the large ones are cheap. Every time you go to pick it up the sides cave in and you feel like it’s going to drop out of your hands OR the drink is going to spill everywhere. Not convenient no matter where you are at!

I was supposed to get a turkey swis and pesto panini and this is what they gave me…… the panini does not look like this it’s way bigger I should’ve at least got something else for free it was very small I’m very upset and I had to wait almost 30 minutes I always get my order fast. I also ordered a large Cookie Monster B&B frappe and it was not what I always get I could just taste milk They didn’t even put the caramel drizzle I wanted the employees that work at 11:00 didn’t even care to remake my drink. I’m very disappointed I don’t think I could come here again.
