We stopped at Los Compadres after a long day of flights.
I ordered three queso tacos and my wife ordered the shredded beef burrito.
My quest tacos were exceptional. The proper portions of beef, cheese and served with consome. 5/5
My wife’s burrito was very good. I can’t speak fully to it but she said it was a 4/5
Since I’m rating on what I ate, I happily give a 5/5. It’s probably closer to a 4.5 but definitely not a 4.

Ordered Birria tacos, they were amazing. So much flavor. Also ordered a beef burrito supreme. I am very picky about burritos and the content. These were awesome. Very fast and friendly service. Definitely worth coming back.

I got the grilled chicken plate and it was packed with flavor. No boring, bland chicken here. The corn tortillas were piping hot, fresh and pliable. There was a lovely side of veggies with a little escabeche to load up your tortillas. I asked for no cheese and they actually remembered. That may not sound like a big deal but most resturants give me cheese anyway and then I have to send it back. Caution: everything was very salty. I like salt and it was a bit much even for me.

Ask for no onions on my tacos. Drove all the way home to find onions on my tacos. Took onions off my tacos but the flavor was already there in the meat. Don’t think I’ll return. Had to throw food away. Haven’t been able to eat onions since I return from war. Not beening fussy. Just can’t have onions.

Best Mexican food I’ve had in Medford thus far. Green sauce is excellent. Tacos, quesadillas, and enchiladas are all solid. Flavorful, juicy meats, and plenty of vegetables.
