First time trying Grain Bin Cafe as it was recommended by a coworker. My wife ordered the chicken fried steak and I had the taco salad. Both were very good. Service e was excellent and the place has an at home atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!! Oh yeah and be sure to get a piece of cake “German chocolate cake was delicious.

This cafe makes simple home comfort food! Above average size portions. Food is delicious. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is traditional with Navarro Pride represented throughout their history. Really well cooked and seasoned burgers! The fries both regular and sweet potato are really good! Cheese Nachos are just like the ones you make at home! You gotta try them! Count Fried Steak will have you calling for a to-go box! It’s huge and seasoned well. This is a MUST TRY when you visit Seguin!

The staff was really friendly, I just wished the fries were cooked a little more and I loved how they made their fried steak! Very delicious! And their fried pickles were so yummy. just has a Lil spicy kick to it, the waiter was very nice and I was so surprised how fast she was serving us given it was a busy time lol (valentines)

Home-y, Comforting, Simple Food, and Great Service
The German Potato Salad is super yummy! Lots of older folks, regulars, and families. The portions are good, and the decor adds charm.
There’s even a little store attached with clothing and gifts. Great place to stop on the way to, or from, somewhere.
(Only criticism is that they use canned fruit)

My husband and I are so glad we finally stopped in to this place. This was our second time going and it was just as good as the first time. We will continue to come here for some awesome comfort food. This pic was of our second visit (for my birthday – try the pineapple cake!) and the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, fried okra, and white gravy. I can’t believe I ate the whoooole thing (I really did!)

After driving for hours we both got really hungry. Found this amazing little place and we were pleasantly surprised. Food was very tasty and a lot are homemade. Had a steak cutlet that was complimented with jalapeños and cheese (very tasty) with homemade pickled beets and mashed potatoes. The topper was homemade desserts (several to choose from). I had a peach cobbler a-la-mode. WOW!

My husband and I stopped for the first time for dinner tonight. We enjoyed good food and great service from Katy. Everyone else was super friendly including a nice gentleman dining there who helped up make space for the wheelchairs. When it was time to settle up we were surprised to find that someone had picked up our tab! Such kindness is a blessing that we will pay forward. And we will definitely be back!

Great home-made farm fresh meal selections, any one you’ll be glad you ordered. Everything we tried was of excellent quality and out of the kitchen in minutes. Don’t hesitate to try anyone of the home-made desserts. The owner takes pride in your satisfaction and treats you like old friends. Stop by for a meal, or order and pickup at the drive thru. The outside seating is also quite a treat.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would say a 7 We ordered a seafood platter everything tasted frozen package.. The pinto beans where GREAT!! The tea is not real unless its sweet fresh brewed Southern style..
