Flavor was pretty good, portions could be a little bigger.
Is maybe a “fancy” take on Mexican food, the torta was not was I was expecting (All the traditional tortas that I’ve had are like a big sandwich with mexican bread and this one was with the sliced bread and not as big) I usually don’t get the birria so maybe thats how the birria Tortas are served, but it was good still.
Will definitely go back.

Love Los Chapos!!! The white queso and the chips are SO delicious! We got the bowl with steak and most of the toppings and it was so filling and great flavors. The service has always been so great and welcoming. The restaurant inside is soooo cute. They have great deals for taco Tuesday and margarita deals. We come here every week

Hate to see a place I love so much start to fall apart. Food has been average at best the last few times I have been here at this new location. Not sure what is going on here but it’s just been a let down and the food is not cheap. The consume seems watered down a lot. My burria tacos were burnt badly on one side but was what seems intentionally laid down so you wouldn’t see it in the to go box until you got home and started to eat. The queso was half empty which is wild considering how much they charge for some cheese. This place isn’t cheap and the consistency that used to be there with this place is gone. Check your bags while you are there and hold them accountable. It was empty inside but it took an additional 20 minutes once there (ordered ahead). People just standing around so unsure why the wait was so long.

Best quesadilla I’ve had in Florida so far; it definitely tastes better than the Chipotle, Moes, or Tijuana Flats quesadillas that are local to the area. It’s a little pricier but worth it. The service was great, and the place itself is clean and beautifully decorated. Overall great experience!

Me and my wife went into Wesley Chapel location Saturday and sat at the bar area. Our server was Adrianna, she was extremely polite and answered all of our questions. We ordered drinks and we ate tacos, loaded nachos and ordered desert too. The food was magnificent and we will back!! We highly recommend Los Chapos Restaurant, especially the Wesley Chapel location!

I love coming here. Maria and Delylah always are a joy to see when I come in. Maria makes the best drinks. The food is always good. The atmosphere is a vibe. I made it for the grand opening and they had a mariachi band. The owner is also nice and welcoming when she is here. Oh and Taco Tuesday they have $5 margaritas. Come get you some!!!

I stopped into the new Los Chapos Tacos in Lutz for lunch and was genuinely blown away. I decided to try something I’ve never had on a taco before – The Campechano Street Taco, a bold and authentic blend of grilled steak and charred longaniza Mexican sausage, topped w/fresh pico de gallo, and it was excellent!!! Flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The cook even came out during lunch to ask how everything was, which meant a lot and showed true pride in the food. Service was friendly, fast, and attentive.
Beautiful space, great energy, and amazing tacos. I’ll definitely be back with friends!

It’s taco utopia. Wide variety of choices for both food and drink. We had pork belly, carne asada, shrimp, and carnitas. All were delicious and well portioned! I had a hibiscus marg and a jalapeño and both were well made! Super friendly staff who seemed to enjoy working together. Atmosphere was colorful and quaint. Love the bar area option. Beautiful decor even in the restroom! This is our new go-to taco spot!
