Los Chapos Tacos serves up authentic flavors that make you fall in love with Mexican food all over again. Fresh tortillas, juicy meats, and that perfect balance of cilantro, onions, and lime. The vibe is simple, local, and full of character. just good people making great food under the trees.

We ordered 2 Agua fresca (mango), a shrimp bowl and a steak bowl. Both bowls were huge portions. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared. My only complaint is the pricing was a bit high. This meal was $47. But will I return, absolutely. The staff was also incredibly friendly. I seen several reviews that staff were rude and unfriendly and I’m thinking that had to be a rude customer. Check it out for yourself. It’s definitely worth it.

Before we ordered, I asked if this was the same as the one on SR-54. They said it was. I debated whether to order or not as we had tried the ones on SR-54 and they were not good. Decided to give it a shot and ordered the Birria and Asada tacos. I was happily surprised when I took a bite. They were a lot better! The tortillas were not fresh but the meat had good flavor. Overall better than the store on SR-54, not even sure if it’s the same owner or not. Anyway recommend the truck over the store hands down.

Well it’s me again, but with a new perspective after visiting the other store in Brandon, I am going to be more loyal to this location, it is not a one time stuff they are a (GUEST-CENTRIC) place, they make you feel like family in a cook out day. Love them even more.The food is simply amazing, the service outstanding, they have this young lady I think she is Colombian,so sweet and her customer service skills are above and beyond. Prices are affordable. Love it. PS. You have to wait a little bit, but it is worth it, they cook your order right there, they don’t have the meat standing there.btw Aaron ( the manager) is amazing with every guest who came to the business, he was very welcoming with everyone. Great managing skills, a leader.

Had the opportunity to come and try some of their food and honestly it was really yummy !! I ended up buying a couple different menu items just to give everything a try. And honestly, I absolutely love the corn and the quesadillas . The food was delicious and the quality was amazing. If you have not, tried them out yet definitely give them a try to open up your taste palette to new delicious flavors.

Los Chapos has some quality tacos. My cousins were raving about this place and say this is their go to spot. I went to the food truck location and it got crowded later in the evening. There was a porta potty and an outdoor washing station. They have picnic style table seating with some umbrellas for shade. We ordered everything from the Birria, carnitas, Al pastor tacos and trio dip. The meats were seasoned well and not dry. Prices were reasonable and each taco was stuffed with plenty of meat. I would definitely come back to try their speciality items and tacos.

Love this place! I’ve been coming here for a few years, and have been at multiple locations the consistency in taste and service is incredible. My favorite is the food truck in lutz, Aaron & everyone is always very nice!

Awesome atmosphere. They are set up with 15 families worth of picnic seating. The food came out VERY fast. Food was perfect temps. The staff was extremely polite. Highly recommend if you love authentic Mexican/taco places this is a great spot to add to your rotation.
