Tom and I ate at the Los Bajitos Mexican Restaurant & Grill in Wheeling tonight. Let me tell the food was absolutely amazing! I got the cheese enchiladas with pinto beans and fried rice. Tom got the Chicken Combo Platter. They also have amazing tortilla chips with incredibly delicious salsa. My dish I can honestly say tastes just like how my mama and grandma made their Mexican dishes. I was delightfully surprised!!! The atmosphere is incredible the spray painted mural was absolutely stunning!!! Everyone that works there are too notch, so nice and out waiter let me hug him! Alex the owner came over and spoke to us. We let him know what a great place he has The whole dining experience was something to brag about and I can’t wait to eat there again and we will definitely bring our family with us!!! If you want true authentic Mexican food, you need to come here to get it!!!

I took my parents out to eat here, the service was wonderful with some of the sweetest staff, but the food did not match. We all got steak fajitas didn’t come out on a normal skillet, and we received them cold. The food itself was rather bland and just didn’t match the rumors I had heard about their food

Food was delicious. I order carnitas tacos and the taste was so rich and tasty , like authentic Mexican carnitas . I highly recommend this restaurant. Also the prices are very affordable which makes my experience even better. The atmosphere was very friendly and attentive. Very good experience overall.
Steam tacos are very tasty, my son loved them. And the Cheese dip flavor was amazing.

We just finished dinner here at fajitas. The food my hubby ordered was bland , no flavor. The rice was good but no flavor. The quesodilla i had was good. I’ll give them 3 stars. Need more seasonings,beverage variety.

I really liked how beautiful it is, all the painting on the inside and outside is great. The service was really good and the food was a lot more flavorful than other Mexican restaurants ive tried in the area. Definitely going back to try other things

First time here and it was super busy. The wait was worth it tho. Chips & Queso was amazing. The food was hot and tasted great. The staff was friendly and working their butts off. We will come again.
