Food was great! Hot! And pretty fresh! The guy taking our order may have been the manager but he was super nice and accommodating. When you find in they bring the food right to your table. The lobby could be a tiny bit cleaner. We had to smash a giant mosquito but overall very lovely.

We love doing Taco Tuesday’s here at Los Aribertos. Unfortunately, the main cook recognizes me now and welcomes me when he sees me, calling out “Hey Boss!”. Maybe we come too often. It’s always great, fresh, and wonderfully tasting food that brings us and keeps us coming back. I had a single soft shell chicken taco with rice and beans and it was delicious until the last forkful. Great service, great little place, and fantastic food. I’ve also had the rolled tacos with 5 rolled beef tacos smothered in creamy and delicious guacamole and cheese, served with Spanish Rice and Beans. Everything is wonderful on the menu.

Their carne asada tacos were really really good (I got their 2 taco carne asada plate). Also got their California burrito platter (comes with a free drink!) and it was tasty!
It’s good Mexican food right here in Utah County! Everyone was pleased with what we ordered! Front cashier gal also got our order perfectly – no complaints as we got the food the way we ordered it.

I get robbed every time I come here. I think they add their own tips, because the price for my order goes up or down every time I get it.

We had heard some good things about Los Aribertos, but those things were incorrect. I think people should call this like it is—a very slight improved version of Betos. Tonight we tried the chile verde, the chicken and beef enchiladas, and several tacos (I’ll get to those in a minute).
First things first, the enchiladas are terrible. They are 1 star. Bland, little cheese, and a red sauce that tastes like it is out of a can.
The chile verde was fine. If you’re used to very saucy chile verde, that is not this. But the meat was good.
Your best bet, and why this gets a 3-star review, are the tacos. The al pastor and the carne asada are actually pretty good. I asked them to make a campechano style taco with my two meats being carne asada and chorizo and then asked them to fry it up with cheese. They then served it between two corn tortillas. I smothered it with their hot sauce and it was delicious. So…the best thing I ate wasn’t even on their menu without custom ordering it. But, it was delicious and I would get that custom created taco sandwich again.
Finally, it’s a Pepsi shop, not a Coke shop which is a deal breaker for me.

This Mexican place is not the best. I would say it was below average which is why I gave it a 2. The food wasn’t as good as I was hoping it would be, and the horchata wasn’t very good either. There are other better places to go to, but it was a fun experience!

Really good food & service for fairly decent pricing! Would recommend over cafe rio anyday! Cashier gave us recommendations & we were very pleased with the results.
Steak & shrimp was well seasoned, shrimp wasn’t fishy

This used to be one of my regular lunch spots, but was super disappointed with the quality of my meal. It seems that the new management has changed up the food being served. The pieces of chicken were tough and gristly in the fajitas, and the salsa options aren’t the same . Staff was nice, but don’t see myself going back after a disappointing meal.

I have been going here for a while and it has been amazing! I went this morning around 8:40 am (on a Monday), so it should be open. No one was there and the lights were off, tried calling and no one answered. Things like this never happened with the old manager…
