First time today at this location. Only 1 other table occupied and nobody else in line. I ordered my regular meal of the north Atlantic cod sandwich with fries and a drink. When I received my food it wasn’t how I ordered it (I asked for no lettuce). I scraped off the lettuce, however then I realized that the fish is pretty dark and so are the fries. I’m not sure what happened but I think the oil was old and the fish and fries were over cooked. I go to the Jenison and Holland locations several times a week for several years and I have only had a issue once. I’m not sure why I had several issues in 1 meal. I hope that if I return I won’t have to eat fish with little flavor that was over cooked.

Really like Culver’s but this location is getting bad. Last 3 times have had issues here. Forget my cheese curds so I have to drive back up here after getting home, no offer of anything for their mess ups.

We have eaten there several times, hoping it would get better. But this is the worst Culver’s I have ever eaten at. I have eaten at several of their restaurants this is the worst. I had the Sourdough Melt and fries. The bread is under grilled, while the patties are overcooked and dried out. They need to have the manager from the one on 54th st in Kentwood teach them how to cook. I was happy when they built that one in that location, but extremely disappointed in the food they serve. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

My family enjoys Culver’s but this location has a hard time getting the order right. Three of the past four times, something in our order has been wrong. On one order, they forgot a fry, another order they didn’t put anything on our chicken sandwiches. It was literally a piece of meat and a bun. The third time, they put the wrong ingredients in my daughter’s concrete mixer. We live too far away to go back to the restaurant but I guess it’s our fault for not making sure the order was right before we left.

Went there on Thursday for lunch for the first time since starting my new job. Was excited to have lunch with my husband and decided to go outside my eating comfort zone. I ordered the BBQ crispy chicken sandwich with no mayo. With the limited lunch time, I was ok to wait for it but couldn’t wait to eat. Our food came out, my sandwich didn’t have chicken, and in its place was a beef patty. I didn’t have time to have it remade, so I ate it. Could tell something else was off, I lifted it up and noticed the pickles had mayo on it. Further looking at it, I could tell mayo has been scraped off, but they still used the same pickles. Found out later at work thar this happens all the time which is unfair to people who are coming to eat there. Being a GM in thar industry, some retraining needs to be done. But I won’t be back again.

This is the worst Culver’s I have ever been to and I’m not coming back. I have never gotten my correct order from here, and twice they completely “forgot and missed” my order because of the “rush” (there was 1 other car when I ordered all I ordered were 2 concrete mixers) I just went tonight and ordered 1 concrete mixer and they couldn’t even get my order right! Incompetency is unreal. I’ll make sure I drive to jenison from now on where they actually get your order right and don’t “forget” about you.
