It was our first time dining at Los Arcos and we were very impressed. The food, atmosphere and service (thanks Banelly) were all perfect. Since we’re from out of town, we won’t be able to dine here often. But when we return, Los Arcos will be on the top of our dining list.

Great atmosphere, but sadly this was our second visit and the food was bland, especially the mex rice, and the tacos. We did leave a $20 tip for a party of two however, the service we received would have warranted a $2 tip. Plenty of ambience was better than the meal. Also, last I checked, sweeping the flooring next to our table while we were eating, in preparation for closing. Very rude.

We were seated right away but it took about 10 minutes for our server to come over and take our drink order. She apparently had a big group that had problems, but management could have sent someone else over (they weren’t that busy). Once she got to us, our server was great. She was helpful and efficient. I liked my meal and the beer was cold. Management should have stepped up and helped out our server.

Well it’s a long time coming waiting for the construction of the parking area. But well worth the wait. Unfortunately for us we pulled into the old parking got out of the car and walked up to the patio and there’s no way to get in. Some kind people told us where the new parking area was and we moved and found the front door.
And it was great to come in again the restaurant looks fabulous as always love the colors love this game love the e as they say vibe. We were seated quickly our server came up and took care of us right away. We got our drink of course a margarita. And then ordered our dinner.
Food came out fairly quick and was delicious. Our server check back on us couple of times. Also two different managers stop by to make sure everything is okay. Can’t ask for more than that in a restaurant nowadays when a lot of times you never ever going to see the manager. It seems like they really care here about being back open and making sure the customer service and experience was worth the wait which of course it was.
So overall a great new parking area easier to get in off the street, the interior the restaurant is always is vibrant, the food is superior and excellent service! What more could you ask for you need to stop by and come again or if you’ve never been here for experience for the first time

Very nice clean restaurant with a bar. Waited to be seated for a few minutes. Place wasn’t busy and no one was around to acknowledge me. After being seated drink, chips and salsa were brought promptly. Waitress went back to rolling silverware for quite some time before checking back with me to place my order. Salsa tasted like soap from too much cilantro. Food came out fairly quick and was hot. Beef was flavored well and the chili sauce had a good flavor as well. Rice had vegetables in it that seemed like they were freeze dried because the peas and carrots were hard and pasty. Decently priced plates but some things could use improvement.

We had dinner there on a Wednesday evening around 5:30pm. We ordered the Super Burrito and the Nachos Fiesta. They bring chips and salsa to your table, but I ordered their cheese dip. It was delicious. All of the food was. The servings are huge. My dish came with shrimp and I was surprised at how perfectly it was cooked. And the service was excellent. Our main server, Ahtziri, and I’m sure I messed up the spelling of her name, was very sweet and super attentive. We didn’t want for anything. I fell in love with the decor. It’s very playful. We are making it our permanent place for our Mexican food cravings.

This was the first time we had went to Los Arcos in a couple of years. Was nothing to their account, just the fact that we hadn’t been in the area and wanted Mexican food. They have remodeled since we had last visited. The new parking lot and setup looks nice. Bad thing is there is not a good way to access the front door unless you park in the new parking lot. We decided to stop by after church. The wait wasn’t long for the 4 of us (we went recently with a party of 9 and there was very little wait as well) with the restaurant being quite busy.
Getting our order really didn’t take that long. My wife got the (I believe the name is) Arcos nachos (has the 3 meats), kids got beans and rice and a quesadilla. I went with the hot wings. I can’t say much for their food other than it looked delicious and they finished all their food. I can say that the salsa had a little too much on the tomato flavor. The wings were good and meaty. The hot flavor wasn’t that hot at all, but had a good flavor.
The total cost was around $50 for the 4 of us. We would (and have) return again. They do offer a military discount.
