This place has the best salsa I’ve ever eaten! The food is consistently good but, like everyone else, they’ve raised their prices so that it’s no longer a bargain to dine here. I paid $5-6 more for my order compared to what I paid just after the pandemic.

I came here as I was traveling through town. I got the fajitas Texacana it was so good. The corn tortillas were the best I’ve ever had. My wife had the fajitas nachos which were very tasty. Our waiter was very fun and friendly. He made us feel very welcome. I loved how they had the TVs positions made it easy to watch sports. I recommend calling ahead on a Friday the place was absolutely packed and people just kept pouring in and I see exactly why. This place has the number 1 spot for Mexican food in Salisbury in my book!

I just moved to Salisbury 2 years ago I have not found a good Mexican restaurant place yet. I found Los Arcos last year and the handful of times I’ve been here whether I have ordered to go or sat inside of the restaurant they have gotten my order wrong at least a handful of times. Either the food was cold or not what I ordered or there was something missing. When the food is good and made it’s good that’s why I still come here every once in awhile. I have nowhere else to go. I just left today and I found a hair in my queso dip and all the server said was is I’m sorry. They do not accommodate your needs my queso was cold two times and I had to send it back two times for them to give me some hot queso. They could do better with customer service and meeting the customer needs and keeping their food at a good quality of being warm and no hair in the food

I have to change my 5 star review to a 1 star review. We come to eat at this restaurant often. Tonight we came and there was a wait. I went to the lady who was the worst waitress that we have had in the past. But that is ok. No worries we just tip her less. We usually tip $20 dollars for good service. But Tonight we didn’t even make it to a table. The worst waitress aka the greeting staff Tonight. I told her we needed to check in. She said hold on a minute. Then I just told her my name then I sat back down to wait. Then she seats a table of 2 who came in after us a table of 2. I got up and said they came after us. I had my girlfriend get up and we left. I will not be back unless Los arcos makes it right. So no more 20 dollar tips for the good staff. Peace we went to another Hispanic restaurant which ended up being great that night.

I had the quesabirria tacos and a mango margarita. I enjoyed both of them. I like the variety of hot sauce available at each table. Our party all left full and happy.

Today I went to eat with my family and ordered a mojarra frita . My family ordered their food and I ordered mojarra but my dish never arrived. I waited for more than 40 minutes. Very bad service. I told the manager and he just said, “Okay, fine.” I won’t be back.

Very disappointed. My son and I come on the regular however I had a to go order which was steak and it was tough and very bad! I called and spoke to a manager and told him the situation and he said no worries and he would replace the meal if I came the.next day however when in called to place order a different called me a liar and said he didnt believe me!! I was very upset because he called the other manager and said that he was wrong to tell me that! Very bad customer service. They lost a very good customer…smh

Sit down with my six-year-old daughter for dinner on a Saturday night. She had to go to the bathroom so we get up go to the bathroom come back to finish our food and they’ve been taking our food off the table and cleaned up our table and then wanted to offer me the food back after they had already touched it and put it with other dirty stuff. The most rudest place I’ve ever been to.
