Had a great time here with friends. I had the Gentleman’s Manhattan – amazing drink. Mostly because of the fantastic bourbon. The smoke presentation is pretty cool too. The appetizers were delicious. The entrees were savory, flavorful and perfectly cooked. Prices are reasonable. Amazing experience.

I’ve been here a few times, the menu updates and it’s always delicious. The waiters are very friendly and knowledgeable with the menu and making sure you have a good experience.

I would recommend for happy hour or date night! They also have a nice atrium for private events.

I was with a group of 8 and we got the price fixed menu. We all had to choose that but it allowed us to try so many different things off the menu. The staff did a great job and made sure the people with allergies were accommodated (sauces on the side and pointing out menu items where the food was present). Would definitely eat here again.

We stopped in on a Saturday night. The place wasn’t busy and there was no line, yet we stood at the entrance for almost 20 minutes without being helped. Two different staff members walked by and told us they’d be with us “in a minute,” but no one came. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, a staff member finally approached and said that for two people we could sit on the bar side and didn’t need to be seated — which would have been helpful information much earlier.

The food was equally disappointing. The Caesar salad tasted bland because the lettuce was clearly washed but not dried, so the dressing and ingredients just sat on soaking-wet lettuce. The ribs with Korean sauce had good flavor in the sauce and it was really good, but the ribs themselves were dry. The biggest letdown was the chicken — completely unseasoned, overly greasy, and served as a dense, bland mass. We couldn’t even finish half of it. For comparison, Popeyes has far better seasoning (and I actually enjoy Popeyes) however no excuse for the prices that they charge.

Overall, the service was poor and the food was very underwhelming. I would not recommend this place

Ordered the April’25 Fuego Menu which was $85 per person (+15 upcharge for galbi). Included 2 entrees, a sampler of majority of the appetizers and a slice of chocolate cake at the end.
For our entrees, we chose the chicken and short rib galbi.

Food: 3-5/5 depending on dish
Service: 5/5
Ambiance: Upscale casual
Value: 3.5-4/5

The cornbread was soft and had a nice flavor with the Thai curry (4/5), the hot chicken app was crunchy, nicely breaded with seasoning and juicy (5/5). The salad had sliced grapes and apples, which was very simple, yet enjoyable for me (5/5), the hummus was as expected (5/5). The spiced chicken and pork belly bao were a 3/5. The pork belly had good maranade, but was just average in overall taste. Great presentation though. The chicken overall for me was a pass. Seasoning was fine, but overall didn’t have that much flavor and was a forgettable dish. The highlight for me was the short rib. Fantastic marinade, the meat was soft and pulled apart, good presentation. Would definitely order that again if I were to dine at IS again.
Service is very attentive being a bit more upscale, staff were friendly and nice. No complaints.
Value wise, for the tier of restaurants it partakes in, the price is aligned. Portions aren’t small but aren’t massive either. However for what you pay, you could get certain dishes elsewhere that do taste better or are more memorable.
I would dine here again, but may not be my first choice.

Visited International Smoke the other night for a date night and tried the Fuego Feast. The experience started off strong the appetizers were delicious, especially the pork belly baos, which had a fantastic smoky flavor that really stood out.

However, the main courses fell a bit short of expectations. The oxtail was tender but slightly under-seasoned. The Korean BBQ ribs were bold and well-seasoned, but the meat itself was tough, which made them less enjoyable than they could have been.

We went for the NYE tasting menu for $125/person + optional add-ons! If I could give about 3.5 stars I would. The service was GREAT! Our server was attentive and sweet & even gave us a little bonus dessert for our anniversary.
I felt the food was just mediocre, especially the half rack of ribs. A+ for the experience though. The interior is beautiful as well. Maybe we will try to go back for their full menu.

I went for my Birthday 11/27/25 and it was buffet style due to it being Thanksgiving.

What i will say is the atmosphere is nice however the food selection was not up to part.
I was disappointed but it was Thanksgiving. Thinking back I should have cooked but it was my Birthday!

Sadly the jalapeño bread, mashed potatoes, sourdough bread were the only foods I enjoyed oh and the champagne of course.

The service was okay but it was kind of crowded so it took the waiters a little time to come back to you but they were as attentive as they could be.

Ken the Manager is FANTASTIC he made sure to take care of my mom and I the entire time we were there and made us feel really valued. The food is always good and the vibe is always right! Love coming here to enjoy some great food and company. My only tip would be to request to sit on the side where it is darker and more intimate. Last night we sat in the back where it is open and lighter and too me it took away from the ambiance setting that I go for when I come here. Oh and ORDER THE BRUSSELS you will not be disappointed

I came in here spontaneously on a weekday for dinner. The bar was packed so happy hour wasn’t an option — but was able to be seated for dinner in the main restaurant. The happy hour deals looked great, as the main menu is pretty expensive. Be prepared to spend easily $100+ per person.

The staff was extremely nice, accommodating, and created a very welcoming energy. They were patient, attentive, and super kind.

The food was delicious! I loved everything – especially the Mac and cheese and brisket. I also LOVED the cornbread. The sauce upon first look seemed a bit out there with the curry butter but it was delightful. Super moist and the butter was a perfect touch. The cauliflower was just ok. And the bao buns were delicious!!

The drinks were also pretty good, but I got their crème brûlée martini which was a bit on the sweeter side for my liking.

All in all I’d definitely recommend!
