A little mom and pop home in the wall just down the road from Mayo. The building is large with plenty of seating and a bar area. Nice and clean. The staff were super friendly and prompt.
Meal comes with a small thing of tortilla chips, salsa, and a black bean dip. Careful because a refill of chips is $2, not complimentary like the first one. Still, not too shabby.
The food itself was good but ultimately nothing to write home about. I got the “steak burro especial” which was pretty much a steak fajita roll with rice and beans. The meat was a little flavorless and of questionable quality, and the whole plate just felt a bit more oily than I’d like. But overall, not the worst I’ve ever had.
Good vibes and decent food. Will likely come again.

If you ever want a taste of California, this would be the place for it! As a Cali girl myself I was very impressed by the California burrito! It was delicious! My husband got street tacos and they were also pretty good! Just wish it had a double tortilla instead of a single one.

Los Arcos Kitchen and Cantina-North exceeded our expectations. My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience here. The food was delicious, served quickly, and piping hot. Our server was exceptional—she checked in on us multiple times, made sure we had everything we needed, and even brought us extra chips and napkins without us having to ask. Her attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out. We left feeling so happy we chose this spot. Highly recommend for great food and outstanding service!

My wife and I recently had dinner at this restaurant and came away satisfied. The atmosphere is laid back with plenty of room for customers. There is also a full service bar. The food was good, although the battered walleye I ordered was a bit overcooked. We felt the prices may be a bit high for a no-frills restaurant and because most of the Mexican food items (rice, beans, peppers) we were served are fairly inexpensive when compared to entrees at non-Mexican restaurants. This restaurant has a happy hour when in-house margaritas are discounted and the flavors we ordered were very good. The server we had was very friendly and our food was served in a short amount of time. We will probably patronize this restaurant again.

My husband and I ate our lunch here today. I enjoyed the Avocado salad and he had beef fajitas. Both were very tasty and had generous portions so we brought half of the meal home for supper. Service was prompt and friendly.

Stopped to pick up a burrito Gordo to take home for dinner. Doors were locked for safety. Still friendly staff and appreciate their service. Awesome dinner for 3 with enough left for another meal. Eat local and support small business!

The food was fabulous and quick-great options for vegan choices. I had the taco salad and my husband’s huge Fajita was amazing (two meals). Service was super. Everyone seemed friendly, staff and other customers. Will go here again when in town. Nice vibe! Price was affordable too!

This was the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! I ordered the chicken fajitas, chips, queso, salsa, and they brought out black bean dip (fantastic!), and my mom ordered the chicken and cheese enchiladas. We both couldn’t stop expressing our awe of how good it was! And piping hot! We were immediately seated and our waiters were extremely attentive (checked on us 4-6 times) and fast. Everything was spacious, they seated us away from others which I appreciated since I’m recovering from heart surgery, and the music was a pleasant level. You don’t have to shout to hold a conversation. The art is pretty, it has good lighting, and is very clean. The only thing that doesn’t make sense is the fabric choice on the booth benches. You can’t slide. At all. But we’re definitely making it a tradition to stop when we go to/from the Mayo Clinic. It was sooooooo GOOD! 10/10.
Update three months later: still phenomenal on all counts! It’s now our tradition to stop here for lunch! Shout out to our waiter, Eugenio!

The food is great! At the end of the meal though they were clearing and wiping down the table before we were done with our drinks. Took our drinks and didnt ask if we were done. Trying to push us out the door for other customers.
