I have lived down the road from this restaurant for years, I have been coming here weekly for all of those years… If you were going to go to any Mexican restaurant for the most part, you’re gonna be able to get the same food, What makes this place so much different is all the people that work here. Not only are they insanely accommodating, they treat people like family every patron that comes in they know, and shake the hands of. Don’t get me wrong. The food is absolutely fantastic and I’ll give it a 10 out of 10 as well but the thing that makes them so outstanding is not just their food but the employees who work there and how phenomenal they are!

First time here and just opening the doors you could smell how authentic the food was!!! Service was good but food came out a but slow, especially since it was PACKED! Everything was delicious and fresh! Highly recommend this place to mexican food lovers! Great for dates or family gatherings. Look forward to coming back in the future!!!

You will not find a casual restaurant specializing in Mexican food any better in the Roanoke Valley than Los Arcos. The decor is beautiful and the servers are so polite and treat you like you are the only one in the restaurant. Their food is absolutely delicious and their margaritas are TOPS compared to anyplace else. Try this place and I’m sure you will agree with me.

My wife’s order had to be sent back. It was way too salty. I tried it myself. It really was. They took her food back but told us all the food was seasoned the same so no matter what she ordered it would take like that. My food was not salty at all. We shared my plate and left. They offered nothing in return.

Nice and friendly service, good food. I had a lunch menu #6, that said one Chicken and one Cheese Enchilada, topped with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. In addition of course some rice. It was good, fresh cooked. I liked it. In addition they get one more ⭐️ for TV with a live broadcast of the true football ⚽️ from European top tiers.

I came to Los Arcos with my service dog, and everything was perfect! The staff was kind, respectful, and made us feel very welcomed the whole time. The food was delicious and authentic, and the atmosphere was comfortable and friendly.
