First time going to Visalia location. I was not impressed with food at all! Only thing I found good was the rice and tortillas. The rest was not good tasting. I got a taco (carnitas) and the meat tasted old. The taco greasy. We also ordered Chile Verde dinner did not taste good.
Would I go back not sure? But I do like the Farmersville location is really good. Different cooks make a difference? Only thing I can figure out.

I’ve always visited the restaurant in Farmersville cause of the home made birria de chivo (goat). I recently came to visit the restaurant in Visalia off of mooney blvd even though I drive by it often it took @MexiPapa videos to get me here.
I had tge huevos rancheros and they where delicious I wouldn’t change a thing, the rice and beans tasted authentic and that is just the taste I’m looking for.
They have a variety of dishes, like enchiladas, chile relleno, menudo on weekends, tacos, burrito, oh they have fresh water I got the hysbiscus (jamaica) go and check them out I promise you’ll love the home made corn tortillas.

I called in our order at 11:13 and was told by Katy our food would be ready in ten minutes. We arrived at 11:28. Several people were behind us waiting to order. I got up and asked about our food two times at 11:47 everyone had been served except for us. We were late to work so we demanded a refund. Katy had a smirk the entire time and never once apologized! Terrible customer service. Katy should be reprimanded for her behavior. The other staff I have no complaints about! I believe Katy failed to do her job forgot to put our order and didn’t take responsibility for her actions. Had she admitted her wrong doing we would have been a little more understanding but her attitude was childish and unprofessional.

This is the 3rd time here and tried the menudo, unfortunately me and my wife got the runs within the next hour..2nd visit..Very inconsistent with our last visit..the hot chito burrito had no meat and the quesabirria tacos were not worth bragging about..to top it off the rice was sticking together and felt crunchy..also the 24oz soda is pretty much $5..definitely not worth the hype and the false advertisement..

Stopped by – hadn’t eaten all day. First time here. Ordered a HALF order of nachos and thought maybe I should get a fish taco too. When my food appeared, I thought maybe they didn’t hear that I only wanted a half order of nachos. She assured me this was a half order. The fish taco was large and fresh and tasty. Could only eat half the half order of nachos. Tasty food, nice service, clean place

What should have been a relaxing dinner at Los Arbolitos in Visalia turned into a nightmare thanks to incredibly rude disrespectful young lady named Kira. On 2/8/26 evening, as we were eating, someone (appeared to be a cleaner or employee) began brooming vigorously around the dining area, sending dust and dirt particles swirling everywhere. It disrupted the entire atmosphere, making it impossible to enjoy our food without inhaling whatever was being stirred up from the floor. When I calmly pointed this out and asked them to pause, they doubled down, sweeping more forcefully and muttering “I don’t give a damn” with a mouthful of attitude. No apology, no concern—just pure indifference. This isn’t just poor service; it’s disrespectful to paying customers. The food was mediocre at best, but the hostile environment sealed the deal. Do yourself a favor and dine elsewhere in Tulare County—plenty of better options that actually care about their guests.

Excellent customer service. Menu board clean and easy to read. Restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere restaurant was very clean and stocked. They even took time to install a hook to hang anything you don’t to touch the floor.
Bean, rice and cheese burrito was excellent. Both green and red salsa very fresh and tasty.
