Came from Columbus to a Thrift store nearby and wanted some Mexican food. Found this hidden gem. Not many people in here for a Saturday. The food is AMAZING. Didn’t think about making a review until we were halfway done and we were talking about how good everything is. My brother ate his torta already so no pic of that. I’ll post some pics of half eaten food. LOL

I will start off by saying there was a really sweet girl who did her best to make sure the servers stayed on track but during my visit they were extremely short staffed. We waited around 30 mins to order and another 30-45 for our food. Although the food came out hot, it was unfortunately not worth the wait and my mom’s order was incorrect once it arrived. The food lacked flavor and overall, I feel like the wait was just too long especially as it relates to the quality of food we received. It’s unfortunate.

Me, my husband and my adult daughter patronized this restaurant tonight and it was a disaster. There was only one waitress named Theresa taking the orders. There was a young girl greeting the customers at the door and taking them to their seat. There was a man bringing out the food from the kitchen and taking it to the tables. He was also the bartender. It took us 30 minutes for someone to come to the table to ask if someone had taken our drinks. No one had been to the table so she took our drink orders. 15 minutes later someone dropped the drinks off at the table. We waited another 30 minutes before Theresa took our food order. It was another 30 minutes or so before we got our food. My order was not right so I had to wait 15 more minutes. The Texas Margarita my husband ordered was all juice and ice, zero to little liquor. When they brought my order out a second time it still WAS NOT CORRECT! By this time I was starving so I kept what was right and they had to remake what wasn’t right. I had the fajita burrito chicken and it was not good. The chicken, rice or beans had no flavor or seasoning. It was all bland. My daughter’s order was bland as well. My husband had a taco salad and it was okay but not the best he’s had. This was the absolute worse eco have ever had at a Mexican restaurant or any restaurant in general. I will never go back here and I will never recommend this restaurant. They were very understaffed and really just should’ve stopped receiving customers at 7 PM. We paid $62 for a terrible experience with terrible service and terrible food. This was our first time eating here. I had been watching the reviews so I thought it would be a good place to try. NEVER AGAIN!

Los Amigos is one of my favorite spots for Mexican food, but what makes it extra special is Theresa. She’s always so sweet, quick with a smile, and makes sure everything is perfect. The food is great, but honestly, Theresa’s warm personality and amazing service are the reason I keep coming back.

Oh my godddddd was this place off the chain, the food was perfecto, the service amazing, it’s Friday night and it’s not packed, the service is fast, the food is great and is worth wayyyyy more than what your paying for, I highly highly recommend this restaurant.

Ok..for you all who used to love the old Durango on Columbus Parkway you’re in luck. The folks you loved from that location are back and so is the food, atmosphere and service. They even brought back the same cook so drop by and see them at their new location Los Amigos in the USA Factory Outlet location. Great food and great service. Welcome back!
