We were recommended to this restaurant while visiting Las Cruces, it was Friday night and the place was fairly empty… not a really good sign, but we were there.
The hostess/waitress tried to seat us in the middle of the room, but we chose a table off in the corner, does it matter, the place was empty.
Being Friday our selections were limited to meatless, so we tried the Lobster Ravioli, ack. It was less than pleasant, but not quite awful enough to send back. It tasted like they were marinaded in balsamic vinegar.
However, for dessert we had the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake and it was amazing. I think we could go back again just for that. Extra star there, otherwise it would be a 2 star review.
Interesting factoid: The owner, who was not there, does a “Magic Trick” of taking $1.50 from the guests and throwing to the ceiling and it sticks there.

Good food, but the service is usually so so. I recommend the stuffed ravioli with Alfredo and red chile….the best.
