This Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Store located on the South side of Tyler, Texas is a very clean store. All of the employees are extremely friendly. The location is very convenient. There is plenty of parking. Of course they have a good selection of grocery store items. And their ice cream is awesome. If we return to this area we will visit this store again. We recommend this business.

They suck. Lol wait times are crazy. Staff is always irritated and rude. Growing up I loved this place! But now we typically go to Andy’s or somewhere else because the past 10 times or so we have been it’s taken 30 minutes to get through the drive through.

Our experience here is always so bad in terms of service. The staff in the drive thru always hands me my ice cream with it overflowing all over the cup and it gets all over my car so I have to give it back and ask for them to clean it up. Every. Single. Time. Also, there is no customer service attitude. No “thank you” or “have a nice day”. Always just handed my items without a single word and I say thank you and drive away. Very horrible service.

Ac was out. Paper towels bunched under the freezers because they’re dripping with water from lack of cooling. Ice cream tubs are bloated from, also from not being properly cooled. I hope nobody gets food poisoning because there is meat in those freezers as well and it’s definitely not being kept cold. The butterfinger in my malt was totally stale and my brother got the same thing and said the same thing that I said about it. Overall a very bad Braums experience. My large family all agrees that this location is just not it. Please fix the AC and cooling before someone gets sick. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from their freezers as nothing is properly cooled.

First time visiting Braum’s and wasn’t disappointed. Pretty neat concept for a store. Had a double scoop of butter pecan. It was some of the best I have ever had. They had a lot of variety. Booth needed to be wiped down but other than that it was very clean. I will be going back on our next visit to TX.

This place has good food, but I noticed today that inside the restaurant the staff’s sanitary routine is less than clean! On this occasion we decided to eat inside as we have always just gone through the drive thru. What I saw was shocking! One of the cooks was wearing gloves making food and then went to clean the fryer back to making food with the same gloves. He then left the food prep area and went to get more oil for the fryer. When he returned he slipped his hand into his pants and underwear to pull them up because they were sagging really low. He still had on the same gloves never changed them, and went right back to making burgers!!! The girls taking orders were wearing gloves to take cash from customers and then handle their food and drinks without changing gloves or washing their hands, thus passing germs from one guest to the next. I complained to the manager who asked them all to take off their dirty gloves, wash their hands, and then return to work. The manager cooked and made us new burgers.

Welcome to Tyler Tx ! Well I ordered a jr burger with cheese buns toasted. They toasted the buns and well as you can see the cheese was just put on as it was going into the bag I guess. Then they ask us to drive fwd to wait in the fries. Maybe I’m wrong but these fries look old or the grease needs to be changed. In 2022 I’m holding management accountable due to its their job to make sure the store is pushing the best service

Went through the drive through ordered a large unsweet tea and a bag of burgers. 25 minutes to make 5 junior cheeseburgers, that’s ridiculous. And then watch the 8 cars and the drive through behind me. Get their’s food and leave.
