Braum’s is always a treat! The food is consistently fresh and delicious, from their juicy burgers to their creamy ice cream. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and has a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. I especially love their seasonal specials and classic favorites—there’s something for everyone. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a quick, satisfying meal or a sweet treat!

This Braum’s is terrible. The food quality consistently falls below the quality at the other Braum’s in Tyler. The wait times have been considerably longer here than the other Braum’s. The people are remarkable more rude at this location as well.
I went through the drive-thru tonight and ordered a bag of burgers with cheese, 2 chicken strips, a large fry, 2 large Dr. Peppers, and a cup of chocolate almond ice-cream (2 scoops). I was asked to pull forward to wait. I did. After a pretty decent amount of time passed (I will say about 20min since my total time spent here was about 30min), I was asked to “pull all the way up.” I pulled up some more and was told to, again, “pull all the way up.” I tried, but quickly realized I would be blocking the curve in the drive-thru, which would block the exit. So, I pulled around and informed the employee that I was just going to park since there was nowhere left to “pull up.” A couple minutes later, a different employee came out with a bag and a cone of ice-cream that was dripping down this employee’s hand. I took the bag and told her that I wasn’t going to be able to take the ice-cream because it was literally melting all over the place. She then proceeded to scold me, telling me to “next time, stay over there (the drive-thru) because we have been looking all over for you!” I informed her that I was, infact, waiting in the drive-thru for quite some time and had JUST parked my car. She huffed, rolled her eyes, and walked back inside without leaving an opportunity for me to tell her that I needed to get my drinks too. So, I got out and went inside, thinking I could save them an extra trip. I was met inside with this same employee dumping my melted ice-cream into a cup and handing it to me. I told her I needed the drinks. She made the drinks and put them on the counter. She did not offer a drink holder, even after seeing me pile the drinks into my arms while I hold the cup of melted upside down ice-cream cone and my keys.
Very disappointing experience.

I recently visited Braum’s and had a very disappointing experience with their drive-thru service. After placing my order, I waited several minutes to receive my food. The wait was so long that I eventually had to go inside to see what was going on.
What made matters worse is that my husband and son, who ordered after me in the drive-thru, received their food before I did. This was not only frustrating but also confusing, as I expected my order to be ready before theirs.
When I asked to speak to the manager, Erica was the manager on duty. I approached her as politely as I could and asked why I hadn’t received my food yet. Her response was, “I don’t know. I went over there and everything was out of order, but your fries are in the bag.” There was no apology, no explanation—just a dismissive answer.
I expect better service from Braum’s. As a customer, I appreciate a team that values my time and treats me with respect. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I hope Braum’s can improve their service and customer care moving forward.

I’m really disappointed with this Braum’s location. It used to be a decent spot, but my most recent visit was a complete letdown.

The burger and fries were extremely bland and my cherry limeade was missing from my order altogether. I had to drive back around to get it only for it to be just as bland as the food. On top of that, the customer service was lackluster.

What concerned me most was the appearance of the cashier. He appeared very unkempt hair sticking out in all directions under his hat, a visibly dirty shirt, and dirty hands. That’s especially unsettling in a food service environment.

I’m giving a 3 Stare rating because the food is good and fresh, received food quickly and hot, cashier was friendly.

I asked if they gave military discounts, the cashier/order taker said he was new and would ask his manager which was standing 5-7 feet away.
When he asked the manager abruptly said no, we don’t do that, he never acknowledged me.

I then sent an email to Braum’s explaining what happened and never received a response of any kind.

Went to the drive thru today for lunch. Not only a bad experience with the food but also with the customer service that was displayed throughout the visit. I ordered 2 meals and the order was paid for with cash. Total was 20.76. We recieved out drinks promptly at the window and then was asked to move forward and they would bring it out. After a few mins a girl comes outside holding a bag and asked what I had. I explained and she went back in with the food she was hold which wasnt my order either. After 10 mins waiting in the drive thru I pulled around and walked inside. To which everyone had a deer in headlights look when I said ive been in the drive thru waiting over 10 mins for my order. The order wasnt even being made yet. I said im on lunch I cant wait 30 mins for a couple meals. Which then I said I would like to speak with the manager and was told he the one cooking. I can wait another 10 mins for food or I can have a refund. I said ok refund please. The the gentleman that was speaking with was struggling to count out the change. After roughly 20 25 mins total I left with a refund and would 10 out of 10 NOT recommend this location. Go to any of the other places in the same area and you will be in and out quick.

I ordered a burger with no pickles/no onions. With no braums sauce but ketchup and mayo instead . I was asked to pull to the side because the meat was cooking it took 10+mins which was fine. Got home and burger had pickles and onions with ketchup only (no mayo). Double checking orders could benefit them

Delicious mint chocolate chips food. This is one of the great places I like to eat again and again. Less expensive and got lots of varieties of ice cream. Attached pictures of timings and food.

Hash browns were good. Blueberry muffin was all broken but I had a to go order so I didn’t open it until later. Employees were complaining about other employees. They served me but were not kind or courteous because they were too busy complaining about their coworkers. I won’t go back to that Braums again
