You can never go wrong having a bite to eat at any of the Longos restaurants. The outside patio here is very relaxing and out of the way from Mentor Avenue. You actually forget where you are! The staff is always very welcoming and friendly and their daily specials are worth the money and quite delicious. The outside patio is open year so its great when its hot and when its not! Always a great go to on any given night!

First visit here, strongly recommended by family that have been here. I love pizza and had some of the the best pizza I ever had! Large beer selection, full service bar. We had a pary of nine and there were 2 other large parties as well. Suggest to call for reservations with large groups.

This place was a pleasure to deliver to. The owner and the staff were very professional and friendly. It was a few years back when there was a bad storm a few days before Christmas and I was running late. They didn’t complain or act rude about me being there during a busy evening hour. The owner even made me a pizza pie on the house. I warmed it up later at the hotel it was still good. The statue out front is pretty cool also.

Decided to order pizza for our quarterly Cardinal Credit Union Homebuyers seminar on November 13th at the Mentor Ave branch. The staff was helpful and estimated time of completion was exact. The pizza was hot and ready for pickup when arrived. Not only that, but the manager was very helpful when I needed assistance with a receipt retrieval from that day. She located the receipt and sent it immediately to me. This place is amazing from food to staff members. Thank you!!!

The chicken parm is excellent. The chicken is tender, the breading is spot on, and it’s always covered in a great sauce with plenty of melted cheese. It’s one of those dishes you order once and then end up getting again every time.

Out to the car he realized they did not give him our dessert so he had to go back in. They dropped it on the counter and walked away. Won’t be going back. Clearly customer service is not a priority. Should never be an hour wait for a pizza and at the very least rudeness is not acceptable.

I usually go to the Lakeshore location (which is excellent). I did pickup at the Mentor Ave. location and the workers ignored me while I stood at the counter. I walked out and almost took off. I checked the reviews and saw that customer service had dropped off at the Mentor Ave location. This was my favorite pizza location, but not anymore. I have been coming here since the 80s, but now I will go somewhere else.

FEBRUARY 2025: I hadn’t had pizza in a few months and wanted to try something delicious, but not Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa Johns, Marco’s, or any other large chain pizzeria. Longos had a deal with a large 1 topping pizza (13″ diameter) + 6 chicken strips for $20 total. I got the pepperoni and sausage pizza with chicken strips for about $22.
PROS:
* Relatively speedy service. I placed my order and got in approximately 20 minutes.
* Food was tasty. The hand tossed crust was flavorful as well as the zesty sauce. The chicken strips were crispy and paired well with the bang bang sauce (which tasted like a ketchup, mild hotsauce, and mayonnaise mixture).
* Although I got takeout, there appeared to be ample seating inside.
* Ample parking outside
* There is a website that people can place orders through.
CONS:
* The pizza was oily, but it was devilshly good.
SUMMARY: I will be back whenever I get a pizza craving again.

Little Hasman
This is easily one of the best NY style pizza places that I’ve ever had! I highly, highly suggest the XL Sicilian pizza. The Hawaiian BBQ and Deluxe pizzas are also really good.

Absolutely LOVE Longo’s!! The food is great, the staff and men who work the pizza and pick up area are hard working and very personable. I’m a West side Cleveland resident and Longo’s is one of my favorite places to visit in Mentor. The chicken Madison is to die for!! Your outside bar area is so relaxing in warm weather and the ENTIRE waitstaff is terrific!! Keep up the great job!! And your pizzas are great!!
