What a peaceful and delightful lunch my wife and I just had here! From the moment we walked in, the calming ambiance set the perfect tone for our meal. I had never tried fry bread before, but I was eager to give it a shot—and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the chili taco, and it was absolutely phenomenal—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. My wife went with the halibut and chips, and it was just as incredible—light, crispy, and bursting with fresh flavor. Every bite was a treat. If you haven’t been here yet, I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing it for yourself!

After a long day of hiking Longhouse Cafe was exactly what we needed. Incredibly friendly staff from the moment we walked in. They were kind enough to share some samples of some new salmon dishes they were experimenting with. They even brought us in the back where their fresh caught salmon was being prepared. Every single dish was incredible. The rez burger with fry bread was the best burger I have had in years! Burger blend was so juicy and the fry bread texture pairs incredibly with it. the clam chowder was so fresh and delicious. There is something on the menu for everyone here. Can not recommend this place enough!!

Great stop for lunch! Super clean and new looking restaurant right off the highway. Awesomely decorated with local art. The service was super fast and extremely friendly. A friend recommend this place and said it’s native owned. I got the 3 taco sampler which was really good! 3 small tacos on homemade fry bread. All 3 were spectacular! They included slow cooked birria, chili meat, and slow cooked pulled pork. The pulled pork was my fave, has a sweet pineapple flavor with a little cranberry slaw on top. Had the Bigfoot ear for dessert (frybread with cinnamon sugar on top). Def would recommend! Free parking lot with plenty of spots.

We walked in Tuesday evening and had the place to ourselves for a bit. Super nice lady took care of us. We got the smoked salmon dip (highly recommend). The fried breads they use are amazing. I got the 3 Little Indian tacos. So good.

We tried to go for dinner around 6pm, and the line getting in was so long (almost 2 dozens). We decided to go back the next day for lunch time.
Finally we were able to eat for lunch. No line this time. Plenty of available seats. We ordered the following:
3 Little Indian Plate – hubby was very happy with this
Smoke Pulled Pork – Pulled pork was flavorful and there’s a very tasty and sweet coleslaw on top. Frybread under the meat was yummy. I never had it before, I find it a great pairing for the pork.
Too bad we’re only passing through. But if we will be around this area again, we’ll definitely come back to eat in this place.
Restroom is outside, not extremely clean and there’s no toilet paper. But it’s better than most around this area.

This quaint cafe has delicious fry bread tacos, burgers, and other fun combinations. Our group of 5 had the Three Little Indians, the Res Burger, the Smoked Pork Taco, Birria Taco, and Clam Chowder (which comes with fry bread).
Service was very welcoming, albeit a bit slow paced. Atmosphere was relatively calm and quiet with the rhythmic tribal music playing in the background. Portions were a bit on the small side for the price, but nevertheless I would recommend given the unique experience and delicious food.

We were not impressed with the food. I’m not sure how they have such a high rating. They were out of halibut when we ordered, but then later we overheard that halibut was back on the menu. I suppose that’s great that you got more when needed. I opted for the deep fried salmon. The salmon was flaky, but it was dry. There were also pin bones in the salmon nuggets. I get that pin bones are technically edible, but they are unappealing. I shouldn’t have had to pluck pin bones out of breaded ready to eat nuggets like I would pull them out of a fillet where it’s easier to flake through. There also wasn’t any lemon. I fished the lemon slices out of my drinks for it lol they were pretty busy, which is why I didn’t ask. I got a tiny tin of coleslaw, which was good with almonds, cranberry, & pineapple, I think, & I wish I had more of that instead. Tiny tin of tartar sauce also. The meat on the burger was flavorless. The pico & fry bread were good.
The server was super sweet.
The decor is nice, but it was really hot inside! AC would have been nice on a hot day. They have one bathroom outside.

Lord of the Rides
Food was so good (especially the birria fries and clam chowder) and both Sherly (I think that was her name) and Cindy are the best! When we came the doors were elevated so it may be difficult for disabled people to try to get in. There was no seafood at 7:30 even though it was a little less than half the menu. Native american powows and spirts playing on the TV’s and there were cool native paintings and sculptures around the dining area. Worth the stop if you want good appetizers or something quick to eat on the road.

They were out of deep fried salmon and the pulled pork fry bread which I was most interested in. Ended up getting the shredded chicken fry bread. I would compare the dough to a deep fried Chinese dough stick. Or a savory raised donut. Chewy and airy and deep fried. The shredded chicken was so-so…And we thought it was rather expensive for the amount / quality of food…my guy travel partners definitely left wanting for more. Service was very pleasant though.
