I just picked up some wings french fries and a salad to go. The wings were not cooked thoroughly. Please see the pictures. This Longhorn restaurant has been going downhill for the last few months and today was the final straw when I received pink wings. I just hope I don’t get food poisoning.

We had a large group for our end of the year gathering ♡ They were very busy and we had wonderful service throughout the event. The servers were pleasant and accommodating ♡ many of our group are seniors and have mobility difficulties, but they were great at caring for us. It was an overall pleasant experience and my meal was cooked to order and delicious ❤️ The 9 Oz. Filet was Charred Rare like I like it and the Strawberry and Pecan side salad was so good. I had to add a baked sweet potato to go as everyone was raving about it ❤️ I love sweet potatoes and enjoyed it at home. Parking was plentiful, with the large parking around the building.

Server took about 10 minutes to greet us after we were seated. The carbon monoxide detector went off for several minutes and my baked potato was way over cooked. I usually eat the skin but it was not eatable. Steak was ok, nothing to brag about there either and salad was the best part. I’d rather go to Texas Roadhouse where I’ve never had a bad meal, service better, too. The atmosphere of Longhorn is usually a little nicer, they weren’t that busy but we still got a pretty bad table view.

I had a really good experience at LongHorn Steakhouse. Our server Fernando was amazing attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of. The food was tasty and came out just right. Overall a solid visit. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because there’s still a little room for improvement, but I’d definitely come back again.

I recently dined at LongHorn Steakhouse and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding — my steak was cooked perfectly to my requested temperature, juicy, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The sides were just as impressive, especially the fresh bread and perfectly prepared appetizers. You can really tell they focus on quality and consistency.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy, rustic vibe that made the whole dining experience comfortable and relaxing. It felt lively without being too loud, making it perfect for both family dinners and casual date nights.
What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our server, Emma. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. Emma checked on us at just the right times, and ensured our drinks were always refilled. Her positive attitude and genuine hospitality really stood out and made us feel valued as guests.
Overall, LongHorn Steakhouse delivered amazing food, a great atmosphere, and top-tier service thanks to Emma. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They sat 6 large adults at a table so tiny our shoulders touched! There was a larger round table behind us that was empty the entire time. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was chain steak house fare. Not bad but not great either.

I came in to dinner last night around 730 with 2 adults and a child. We were sat right away as the restaurant was empty other than 1 larger party finishing up. We ordered wings as an appetizer which came out hot and timely. We each ordered entrees, and upon arrival everything was ice cold, lobster, steak all of it besides the kids cheeseburger. Had the server take them back and refire new ones. The 2nd entrees came out quickly and warm, but not hot. The medium rare steak, completely raw inside. Once again, we had to send an entire entree back. Didn’t want something else, as we were already frustrated. I could under if it was busy, but it wasnt, it was empty, and nowhere near closing. Also, NOT A SINGLE manager decided to stop by and talk with us, nobody touched our table when the refire was sent out, and as a manager in the industry I feel like a manager running food for a refire is mandatory. Never checked to see if everything was good. NO MANAGER PRESENCE. It was very disappointing. The food was disgusting, and as a steak house, having your cooks not know the difference between RAW/MR is concerning. Needles to say, I will NOT be returning and will not be recommending this establishment to anyone.
