I’ve had mixed experiences in the past but dinner last night was really good. Our server, Daisy, was fantastic! We never had an empty glass and our food was brought out accurately. I finally got a medium cooked steak and they got my boyfriend his steak well done. I know it can be hard to match up steak service for such a broad difference. The “Tonion” was great and I love the sauce. The salads were on the small side but still tasty. No dessert on this trip because we were just stuffed. I recommend and will visit again soon.

I wasn’t impressed, everything was just OKAY! The price was fair for the quality. Margarita wasn’t great! Staff was just okay as well, they didn’t check in once, never refilled water. Asked for condiments and they brought it super delayed, food was almost gone. Noticed this at the next table as well completely different servers, so it’s culture. Never saw a manager.

When we walked in we were seated right away! The staff was friendly and welcoming. We both ordered the 12oz ribeye steak. The steaks were juicy and seasoned just right! Loved how clean the place was compared to other locations! Definitely will be eating here again

Great steaks at a decent price. Selection is pretty normal with your cuts of steak. Ribeye, T-bone, NY Strip, etc. They also have pork, chicken, and seafood options. The only downside is the wait times during any “peak-ish” hours. They do not do reservation and have a queue that can potential call ahead to join, but does not guarantee you will have a seat when you arrive. Was told 20 – 30 mins and was seated an hour and 10 minutes later. So plan accordingly.

We had a very nice time and the food was great. Despite having 2 drinks they both were empty and never offered a refill. We didn’t get any bread offered either, we seemed to be the only table without. Normally I’m very understanding as I waited tables in my youth. However they were not busy and looked well staffed. Our waiter just disappeared, a lot. It was my 1st visit and don’t think its worth the drive.

The host (who was very friendly) immediately sat us when we walked in. They were not busy at all. Maybe 5 tables had people. We waited for at least 10-15 minutes as servers and employees kept walking by and everyone acted as if we were invisible. Nobody would take any type of order or even acknowledge us. We finally ended up walking out due to lack of any type of service. The host was the only person that said anything to us the entire time. We have been here many times and enjoy the food, but will probably not return after that experience. This is the 2nd time something like this has occurred there. The time before, our waitress never came back after taking our drink and appetizer order. A waiter from another table kept helping us. Horrible service. They need to get it together.
