I visited Texas Roadhouse a couple of days ago and sat at the bar. I had a New York strip, and even though I had to seat myself and wait a bit for someone to greet me—understandable since it was almost closing time—once I got settled, everyone was super friendly. The manager was great, the bartender was awesome, and my steak was phenomenal. I ordered it medium-well, and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was fantastic, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the ambiance was really welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning!

We went on a Saturday night and it was packed. 15 min wait time and got seated faster than that. Once we ordered our appetizers they came out in under 4 minutes which we thought was crazy fast. Then the food came out 8 min later. Good quality food and our server maddison was very attentive!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with politeness from everyone at the host stand. We were able to be sat immediately too on a Saturday night. Alilia was our waitress and she was astonishing. We started off with the chicken wraps, they tasted good but very salty. Complimentary bread came out shortly after, we did have to wait for it but worth the wait for hot fresh bread with butter. I ordered the sirloin with a loaded baked potato and the crispy brussel sprouts. Recommend by Alilia, glad we tried them. My boyfriend tried the new 7 pepper NY strip, bold and flavorful. Mac and cheese was yummy too. Hoping to get this same service next time because we will be back!

First time here with the family, but it won’t be the last. Our waitress was the perfect amount of attentive, no notes. Food was delicious, and great portion sizes. The steak in particular had a fantastic flavor. They did originally come out with one over and one under, but they were quickly corrected. Management and service staff seemed very experience focused and we felt welcome and valued, something you can’t say about every restaurant these days. Longhorn is now #1 on my list when I’m feeling steak. Thank you for a great dining experience.

Our waitress was polite, attentive, and genuinely made us feel cared for—never missing a beat. That kind of service sets the tone, and LongHorn nailed it.

We kicked things off with the Texas Tonion—crispy, lightly battered onion petals served with a zesty Southwest Chipotle sauce and their homemade ranch. Flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and addictively good. It’s the kind of appetizer that disappears fast and leaves you wanting more.
Salad Course:
I followed up with a Caesar salad that was crisp, fresh, and well-balanced. Nothing soggy or overdressed—just clean, classic flavor.
Main Event:
I ordered the ribeye cooked medium, and it was flawless. Juicy, tender, and seasoned so well it didn’t need a single drop of sauce. The pink center was spot-on, and the fully loaded mashed potatoes on the side were rich and satisfying—comfort food done right.
My guests went with the Outlaw Ribeye, and let’s just say their plates were spotless by the end. One of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time—hands down.

I got the stuffed mushrooms, fruit and pecan salad and the 12oz sirloin with the baked potato. Every plate was well prepared and tasted great!

Kinda bummed out tonight after tonight experience.
I came in on 09/18/25 and my fiancé and I walked in and wasn’t greeted AT ALL, in fact the girl gave me the most nasty sour face I have ever seen! She didn’t have a name tag on but her hair was in a low ponytail and she was wearing glasses and has a necklace with a L on her neck. However, she finally sat us down and when we sat we waited over 10 minutes for our server to come and say anything, but we were patient. She finally came over and took our order and got us our drinks, and that’s when everything when down hill from here. She checked on us TWICE. THE MANAGER HAD TO COME CHECK ON US! ANYWAY.. she wasn’t happy to be here, and it seemed like we were an inconvenience to her. We sat quietly and tried not to be a bother to her, I’m sad to say I did not enjoy our time tonight and that’s sad. I spend over $70, and I just wanted to have a wonderful night with my fiancé and not to be bummed like I was tonight.

Ok, Longhorn – you win! Not every visit I have made to Longhorn would earn 5 or even 4 stars from me, but for this particular visit… 5 stars and a standing ovation!
We visited this location this past Friday night, so it was pretty busy which always makes me apprehensive of what kind of service I might get, but I have no complaints! I’ve had some really bad service at this location even when not busy at all, so this was a happy surprise. Our server was polite and attentive. That being said, what really stood out about this visit was the FOOD. Wow! I have paid a lot more money for a much less enjoyable steak. I’m always really torn about how to order steak at a chain like this, because it never seems to come out correctly. I like a true medium, but often times a medium order comes out bloody (and yet a medium well order comes out well done). This time, I ordered the filet cooked medium with the crusted garlic parmesan butter on top. The steak was cooked to PERFECTION and I am still dreaming about that garlic parmesan topping days later. My husband ordered the porterhouse, which was also cooked perfectly (also medium). My sides (loaded baked potato and house salad) were also great, but to be honest the sides are always wonderful and I always love their ranch dressing. It’s the steak that seems to be hit or miss, and this time it was right on target!
So, way-to-go Longhorn! After a string of disappointing experiences, you’ve restored my faith in you. We will most definitely be back!
