They literally mess up my order each time or forget my sauces. Not a fan coming to this location. Had to eat those even though I didn’t want to because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and I already drove back to work before I realized they messed up -worst location ever!

This chick-fil-A location is fantastic! Not only are my family and I frequent visitors here and everything has always been great, but earlier this week I attempted to place an order in advance for a school sporting event and after realizing I had not created my order correctly, the store manager went out of her way to call me back and work with me (including several text messages) until it was correct! She also encouraged me to download the app and create an account as my order was going to generate a ton of points; I now can get like three free sides or beverages or a free deluxe sandwich just from that one order! The initial representative I worked with on the order was also super helpful as well. As a result of the excellent customer service, the pick-up by another party was easy and everything was perfect. Thank you Granite Bay Chick-fil-A!!

had a disappointing experience in the drive-through at this Chick-fil-A. The employee who took my order, Veronica, was disrespectful after I clearly explained my order. Instead of apologizing and fixing it, she kept saying “in the future” and trying to correct me. This was frustrating and not the level of service I usually expect from Chick-fil-A. Do better & train your employees to be kind and not insult customers!

this location specifically has the worst listening skills. Every order in person and online is always incorrect missing an item. Even today I got a sandwich my boyfriend ordered with no pickles but they decided everyone needed no pickles… the past 4 times i’ve mobile ordered the mac n cheese with bacon bites there were no bacon bites. I highly recommend visiting a different location!!!

Don’t let me order breakfast, drive 15 minutes, and then tell me you can’t do it because I arrived a couple minutes after breakfast ends and tell me I should have selected pick up in store instead of pickup through drive through. That’s an operational and customer service issue on your part. Terrible service. Maybe tell me that when in ordering, not when I get there.

so disappointed with my chocolate cookies!! they were hard and burnt . i went up to the front area and pointed out the cookies to them. the manager didn’t “understand” what was wrong with them and said that 10 secs in the microwave can solve that problem.
they “remade” the cookies and they were from the same bad batch. am i sorry? literally spent $100 on this trip to chick fil a. never been so disappointed with customer service.

I dine at Chick-fil-A from time to time and usually have an excellent experience. I usually order the chicken sandwich meal, which is usually served promptly and is both fresh and flavorful. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining.
The customer service is outstanding—fast, courteous, and professional. All team members are excellent, but I would especially like to commend Justin for his exceptional service. He is attentive, friendly, and makes sure everything is just right. His professionalism truly enhances the overall experience.
