My girlfriend and I went in for our anniversary. The food came quickly and was really good. The customer service was phenomenal! My server Jake (from State Farm )is a Rockstar! We were also given a free sundae to celebrate!

We had a large party for 6 o’clock. Was told 30 minutes when we got there at 5:35 to check in. After checking multiple times, we were finally seated at 6:40. Our server came over after about 15 minutes and took our drink and appetizer order. Said he would be back with our bread. 3 apps were ordered. One app came out in about 10 minutes. Once that app was placed at the table the server took our entree order. 15 minutes later, the second app was brought out, along wifh our side salads. Still waiting on the third appetizer and bread. 10 minutes later, we asked for bread, and it was finally brought out. The two other apps were gone at this point. It took 36 minutes for the third app to be brought out, and it was cold like it had been sitting in expo since the first app came out. We all got our meals in a staggered pace. Some were sitting while their food cooled off while waiting for the rest. The meals were just ok. Pre-bussing must not be a thing here, since we were sitting at our table with limited space due to empty dishes. All in all, it was a pretty disappointing first time experience. We sat there wondering if your servers are trying to manage too many tables at once, because the lack of attention was very off putting. Then we noticed them all congregating toward the back by the large party tables, laughing, talking, not paying attention to customers Normally we would go to Texas roadhouse, but chose to give yall a try. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed.

We went for an early lunch on a Sunday and it was already very busy but we were seated right away. The furniture and restaurant setting is exactly like any other Longhorn: more “private” seating and the classic open tables.
Before ordering we had bread with butter (on the house), which is so good. We then ordered the rib eye and the new york strip and both were excellent and they were made very fast. Good pricing as well!! (One of the main reasons to go for sure).
Would definitely go back.

Some of the food was a little saltier than we prefer it, otherwise everything was cooked properly. For those that are sensitive to salt I’d recommend asking them to go lighter or hold off on seasoning all together and do it yourself with what’s provided on the table.
The staff are all very polite and accommodating, even offering to move us to a better location without us asking. I’d be happy to visit again.

Good food! Service is always great. My steak is almost always cooked how I like it. Every so often it’s just a little over or under but never enough to keep me from eating it. . The part that I don’t like is how loud it can be. I hate feeling like I have to yell in order for me to place my order. All in all, great food and good service. I will always return when I am in the mood for steak and lobster.

This was my first time visiting a LongHorn, so I didn’t know what to expect, but I had a great experience.
The free bread and butter at the start was warm and soft. Then we got the spinach dip for a starter, which was fantastic. The bread pieces were so crispy they were basically chips, which I loved. For my entree I got the 6oz filet with a loaded baked potato and salad for the sides. The filet was seasoned very well, and perfectly medium rare. The baked potato was great as well, having the perfect ratio of potato to fillings. Finally, we finished everything off with the molten lava cake and it was just as good as everything else we had that night.
Service was amazing. Our waitress (sorry I don’t remember her name) checked on us frequently, making sure our drinks were never empty. She also answered every question I had about the menu. I have no complaints for the entire evening.

Was first time there and last time was there for our anniversary tonight and it was a let down we got sat and waited for a waitress to get a drink then as we sit there waiting the waitress we had well she was bitching about her job and was talking about going to another place after complaining she finally came to our table let’s just say going there again is a no go and thanks for ruining my anniversary dinner

Everything was cooked perfectly! My burger & potato were only $9.99! So relaxing to come around 2 pm & nice to get lunch specials then as well. My husband’s steak was cooked to perfection as well. We will be coming back soon
