We ordered lamb chops and this is what we received. The bartender delivers excellent service and she was extremely apologetic..but there is absolutely no excuse why food this poor in quality made it out of the kitchen!

Hubby wanted lamb chops & was told that Longhorn Steakhouse has lamb chops we were a day late, they ran out of lamb chops the night before. We ordered fried shrimp received literally a boat load of fried shrimp that was fries golden brown, crispy & delicious. I ordered a side of spinach dip which was delicious. Hubby ordered steak, baked sweet potatoes. Everything was good I gave 4 stars because they were out of lamb chops for the season. I would recommend Longhorn Steakhouse I forgot to mention I ordered the dragonfruit margaritas it was great.

I have dined at many places where the service fell far below expectations, to the point that I will not even name some of those restaurants. Our experience last night, however, was the complete opposite. Ashton, our server, was exceptional from start to finish. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made the entire evening outstanding.
We both ordered the Kansas City strip steak cooked medium rare, and it was absolutely phenomenal, truly one of the best steaks we have had. If you are looking for a great steak, LongHorn Steakhouse is the place to go.
We will definitely be returning, and I sincerely hope Ashton is recognized for the incredible service he provides. He absolutely deserves it.

I had a nice steak for lunch and my wife had the salmon. We both liked our meals and felt like it was a good value. The waitress was very helpful and did a nice job! We loved the warm bread. Lunch is still served as long as you’re seated by 3pm.

The wife and I decided last minute after work to have dinner out. We thought for a second and decided on Longhorn. Neither of us had any for the last 15 to 20 years. I had a taste for the firecracker chicken wraps for the appetizer. They were delicious just as I remembered. Our server was Ashton. He was a younger fellow, at least compared to me. He kept a smile on his face the entire time. He made sure that we didn’t want for anything. I talked to him about the Longhorn steak and he assured me that the cook would be able to prepare that huge steak just the way I liked it. Then he told me that if it wasn’t to my specifications he would take it back and have them prepare it the way I wanted it. It was no need for it because my steak came out perfectly. I didn’t eat all of my steak because I filled up on bread, appetizers, and sides. The steak was so well prepared that I am willing to bet that I can cut it with a butter knife while it’s cold. The overall experience was pleasurable and I would definitely do it again one day. Great service can really determine the outcome of a meal.

I charge my car at the charger behind the steakhouse and I’m on a health journey so I try to avoid eating out well tonight I decided that I’ll do a little cheat day and eat across the street while my car charges. I had the Salmon on a bed of rice a sweet potato and a house salad and it was delicious the salmon was amazing! And my server Tanisha was just as amazing she was very kind and attentive I definitely recommend and ask for Tanisha!

The server was very good. She was friendly and quick to help the good. Steaks have a really good season name to them and the shrimp was plump and juicy. It is a little pricey but what you’re gotta do we’ll be back It is a little pricey but what you’re gonna do. we’ll be back

I have rarely been more disappointed in my life. $100 for 2 steak dinners. One ribeye that was overcooked. But the fact that it was only 1/2in thick, how could it not be over cooked?! A sirloin that was massively overpriced. Two salads that were awfully over drenched in salad dressing. One rotten, YES ROTTEN, baked potato that nearly half of it was black inside … I would have loved to address these issues with our waitress but she never once came back to our table to check on us! She just handed us the check at the end. Both of our glasses were bone dry, both our plates still had food on them. Not a single question …… I will never return!
