I never had a bad experience at this restaurant but tonight I definitely did. I knew that with it being valentine’s day It was going to be packed, and it was. Start the process of ordering around 6:30 pm. Ordered food received a confirmation, but no email. Call the restaurant to confirm order and it was confirmed. Guy on the phone said to be there around 7:15 pm, 7:20 pm. I told him I’ll be there at 7:30 pm. Got there and the pick up line was all the way to the front door. After waiting almost an hour someone with some common sense came out with pen and paper and was asking people their name and seeing if their order is ready. Which i’m not sure why that wasn’t done to begin with. Got food at 8:30pm. Food ice cold when we got home because it had been sitting! $100 for cold food on Valentines day!

I visited LongHorn Steakhouse today, and it was an amazing experience! The Wild West Shrimp and Flo’s Filet were absolutely perfect — cooked with real skill and love. You can tell the chef truly knows the heat!
A big shout-out to Alexis, my server — she was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. And how could I forget the Strawberry Shortcake? It was heavenly!
I couldn’t finish it all since I was dining alone, but I can’t wait to come back with my buddies next time. Highly recommend this place!

Came in for lunch and the Manager Nia was very accommodating. I expressed a concern I was having and it was fixed without delay. Customer service is more important than anything. My service was A1! Noone is perfect, I get that but acknowledging and making matters right is what true service is. I can honestly say today was a Awesome day at Longhorn. Kudos to who made my margarita,excellent! I ordered the New York strip,loaded potato,salad and margarita. Thank you again Manager Nia and staff!

Maranda was an excellent server! The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The acoustics were great…not too loud. My husband and I were able to carry on a conversation without issue. The food was phenomenal which is surprising for a chain restaurant. We ordered the mushroom appetizer. I had the ribeye MR with a baked potato. My steak was cooked to perfection and appropriately seasoned…no need to add salt or pepper. I was surprised the tables adjacent to us had two bottles of A1 on them. This restaurant shouldn’t even offer A1 with how good the steak was prepared. My husband ordered a rack of ribs. He was pleased. He also really enjoyed the appetizer and fresh bread. We will be back.

We went there to celebrate my son‘s birthday. We went midday, but it was still considered lunch yet ordered from the dinner menu. We did order an appetizer which is rare but we did get the wild West shrimp with ranch dressing to dip it in! I’m telling you what these were the best shrimp and I am not a spice lover and this was not too spicy. Of course I did not eat the jalapeños that came with it, but they were still so amazing. We both love steak, the seasoning, and the flavor, as well as the way it was cooked. I had a loaded baked potato with mine, and he had the macaroni and cheese. I also ordered a salad. It was only $1.49 extra if I remember right, of course we got a loaf of bread times two with butter and it was all just amazing. Everything was fresh, excellent, flavorful and just spectacular, including our waitress, Heather! She even brought out a chocolate sundae for my son‘s birthday. How nice was that?! We enjoyed it immensely! Everything is & was top-notch at Longhorn!!!!

The food was decent, but not exciting. The people in my party seemed to enjoyed the food. I ordered the grilled shrimp. It came with two sides. I ordered a side salad with white vinaigrette. It’s LHS in house dressing and was definitely the star of my meal. The flavor was well balanced with notes of vinegar, oil, and herbs. The shrimp was way too salty, and I just didn’t like the plating of the food.

In town from Colorado, as I ordered take out tonight. Wonderful service, excellent food, hot too!, even included all utensils, bread, drinks and straws. Just missed the butter for the bread but I can overlook that. Great service my stomach is happy thank you!
