This was our second visit this year for a birthday dinner. Both times we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. We had a large group each time; 10 people and over and Longhorn did us right. Not one person had an issue with food or service. A special thank you to our server this second time, Nicole A.k.a Nicki. She earned every bit of the gracious tip we left. I wish I could remember the name of our 1st server from our 1st visit. She was even more awesome. Thanks Longhorn. I will be back.

Terrible !!!!! I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken with a side of macaroni and cheese. The bacon in the macaroni cheese was nothing but pure fat, but was tolerable, but my Parmesan crusted chicken had a burnt piece in my plate not only that the chicken is salty never again.

Took myself out for Valentine’s Day because I deserve nice things too… I don’t have “in town” steak often because I’m too frugal for that. But this place was close and I decided why not. Sat at the bar since it was Valentine’s Day and totally packed. Cool atmosphere if you enjoy cowboy stuff, I don’t spend a lot of time looking around like I want to be a victim searching for the nearest fire escape. Service was ok, nothing above and beyond by any means. They were obviously busy but still pretty subpar for sitting right up front. The staff and bar tender yelling a conversation to each other between seated guests over the bar was overly annoying as well as myself being referred to as “this guy” by staff workers was beginning to rub my fur wrong (I think it’s because I’m white…) My meal was the most disappointing. Ordered a ribeye medium rare, which it was. (Medium on one half, rare on the other) very grissly and mostly all pretty cold. I don’t send food back at a restaurant, life survival 101. However when I spend close to $50 just on myself, especially at a steak house, I expect ‘more’.

The food was very good. The service was lousy. Our server never brought any refill on beverages. I asked 3 different times for more water and I never received any. There were 6 of us at the table and our server brought 1 piece of bread. When asked for more she seemed aggravated. She never asked how things were or if we wanted anything else. Our server was rude. She never smiled once. She would have received a much larger tip if she would have just refilled waters. (Lendy M. do better)
The ladies room was a mess. Infact I had to clean the toilet seat and picked up used paper towels and toilet up from the floor. There was no soap and no paper towels in the dispensers.
This my 1st time at this location probably won’t go back.

hot take out here. was supposed to be curbside. came in myself 20mins after it was ready and this was a med rare steak. missing sides. missing sauces. husbands steak was a rock. trash

We came in for lunch. Ordered chicken strips for my nephew and got popcorn chicken. Two of us had old overcooked fries. Our waitress took our order and brought our appetizer then disappeared. We were left thirsty until after our meal came. Didn’t put croutons on the salad.The waitress was nice. Way too overpriced for the quality of food and service.
Update: We told the manager about our experience so hopefully other people wouldn’t have an experience like ours. He was patronizing. He said the chicken came like that. If that’s the case that is false advertisement. The chicken in the menu doesn’t look like that. We were there for a long time because the service was extremely slow. The manager took our payment. He said that way we wouldn’t have to wait. We ended up waiting several more minutes because he decided to have a conversation with an employee. Will not be coming back to this location. We usually eat at the location on Southport and have a much better experience.

By time my food comes out , I should have at least two refills GOT 0 she never came out to even ask how our food was… look good but it’s not good. I wanted my steak medium. I got it well done Dry. Told them no green onion food came out with green onion on it. I know they did not recook it they just took it to the back and picked the green onion off. ONION PETALS WHAT’S THE BEST THING.
