I highly recommend the Stuffed Mushrooms, which are exceptional. The salads are arguably the best steakhouse side salads I have ever had. The grilled corn is a standout dish. The Mac and cheese is truly impressive. The asparagus is remarkably fantastic. However, there were some issues with our main courses. My companion’s 6oz Filet was overcooked, ordered medium but received well done and dry. My 12 oz ribeye, ordered medium rare, was extremely rare. Both dishes were returned. Unfortunately, the re-cooked filet was still not prepared correctly, and the ribeye was the same one I had previously received, which I had cut into multiple times to check the cooking. We notified our server, who responded briefly and presented us with the check. We chose not to escalate the matter further and paid with a generous tip. It appears that the grill staff may require additional training to ensure consistent quality.

A little corner of Texas in Columbus, the steak was sensational, flame grilled on the outside with lots of flavours, juices and tender on the inside! Not many places get it right, the skilled chefs here have set the bar pretty high. The firey chicken bites are a new favroite and the crispy glazed shrimp

This was a bad visit. Started out well, steak was under cooked, service was a little slow. Waitress clear my glass taking my straw, didn’t come back for 10 minutes. Took her 10 minutes to get a plate to return the under cooked steak. Finally got it back after the rest of dinner. Then walked into the restroom to find one stall flooded and the second heavily soiled.

Decided to try longhorn tonight , haven’t been in years and had a great experience! The mushroom app was phenomenal. Steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. And our service was very good. S/o to our server Jessica , she was attentive and enthusiastic. We will be back not only because of the food but because of the service !

We took my husband here for his birthday. The hostess at the stand was quite rude and curt with everyone who entered the restaurant. The spot was not very busy, but our waitress (Qualita) was nowhere to be found for most of the dinner. We had to ask to have drinks refilled. She proceeded to refill 2 of the 4 people’s cups at our table. Water was refilled in a cup that had lemonade in it. Ordered brussel sprouts, received broccoli. We had to have a hostess find our waitress to refill the 2 cups she didn’t refill the first time. She was unapologetic and dismissive about the wrong side, and the excessive wait for drinks, check, and boxes. On the way out, all of the front staff turned their backs instead of the usual goodbye greeting at a restaurant. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered so much bad waitstaff in one location. We definitely won’t ever be back.

In my opinion, this is the best burger at any chain. They’re huge, juicy, filling, and always cooked properly. The burger is why we stopped in. We’ve never had a bad meal here. Steaks, salmon, shrimp are always good and properly cooked. We used to go to Texas Roadhouse all the time but due to the noise and the frequency of poorly cooked meals we stopped going. We’re happy at Longhorn. We’ve been to a few locations and have found the service and food consistency is always good.

My burger was excellent. However, my wife’s steak wasn’t cooked right. Medium rare in most of it, she likes it medium to well. Sent it back to be cooked properly. The manager brought it back, didn’t apologize for the issue. Simply asked if we wanted something else, we asked for a to-go box and then he didn’t come back to follow through. Got it from the waitress fifteen minutes later the next time we saw her. Yes.
Our waitress was sweet and did good at the beginning, but it was clear she got busy at the end and wasn’t able to follow up with us. Realizing this, we paid using the barcode and made sure to leave a tip regardless of the bad service toward the end. She was overly busy and management was clueless of the customer’s need.
Long time customer and loyal to Longhorn, but this location is not like our regular spot in Cincinnati. Maybe an off night? Maybe the head manager would have handled it better? Very disappointed given the special occasion and expecting a good dinner experience.

The food was outstanding. In my personal opinion, BETTER than Outback Steak house. The spinach dip was to die for and I want the recipe. They serve it with real pita chips. My daughter said her steak was super flavorful. I had the shrimp and salmon. The flavors kicked it up a notch.
