Food was average …the place was basically empty and there was a 15 minute wait. Either understaffed or poor management. Meal was average…not much really impressed me. I hope that this will get better in future. Bartenders were waiting on customers and mixing drinks they kept their composure even though they seemed stressed.

I would say the atmosphere was really positive, the service was okay I believe the server was busy so that’s understanding. The steak I ordered was a 12oz ribeye medium rare the first time it came out the hostess said wow that’s medium well. The second time it came out well I’ll let the photo show for that. I might have got 8 oz of fat and 4 oz of actual steak. I eat here and love the filet but wanted to try something new. Was disappointed Brussels were awesome though!

Visited this location on today to celebrate my granddaughters birthday.
Got there around 6:25 and was told there would be a 20 minute wait. They were only seating people on one side of the restaurant and had the other side closed. There were 9 people in our party and there were tables available to accommodate all of us. When I asked the hostess why we couldn’t sit at the tables that were empty? His response was that the waitress working couldn’t work a party our size.
First off they were short staffed and only had 3 servers along with the hostess helping them wait and clean tables.
It was 7:15pm before we were seated. It took about 20 minutes before our waitress came to take our drink orders. It took another 20 minutes before we got our water with no straws! We ordered 3 drinks from the bar and they still hadn’t been brought to the table. We received bread and butter with no knife to cut it or spread the butter. So, we had to break it apart with our hands.
The food didn’t start coming out until about 8:15 pm. Four people ordered burgers and fries. The burgers were burnt and the fries were cold. Another person ordered a steak and it was burnt! The steak had no seasoning on it, so again the server had to bring out a cup of seasoning.
They had no employees to accommodate all the customers they were getting. Which made no sense to even be open!! The waitress was doing her best but they could only do what they could being so short staffed.

We had the best experience ever last night. It started a little rough at first because I had called earlier for seating for 16 people but when I got there we still had to wait 40 extra minutes but we waited and we got the best waitress ever! Ania S took very good care of all 16 of us and she did an awesome job! Always smiling and call us gorgeous and making sure we wanted for anything. The food was amazing!!!!! Wayyyy better than the Jackson Tn location can’t wait to come again thanks!

I placed my order and showed up 5 minutes before my given arrival time. Eventually I got tired of waiting in the car so I went in and there was line at the pickup counter. I didn’t get my food until 45 minutes after my arrival time. No utensils, butter. I went back in to get that, took another 7 minutes of me standing and waiting. The manager and the girl working the pickup counter did not apologize to any us in line waiting before and the same pickup waiter was very rude when I came back in to get things she didn’t put in my bag. Get to the car once again to see that my loaded baked potato has the wrong ingredient. Then I pay attention to the steak and it is burnt to hell, I chose medium for my cook and it is beyond well done. The steak is like trying to chew cow leather . At this point I honestly do not want the food anymore I’m just forcing myself to eat it because I bought it. This the 2nd steak that I have received from them in the past month that has been completely burnt. And now the staff is being rude on top of slow service, I will never be back. This location needs a new manager and an overturn of staff.

Steak was slightly undercooked, but not by enough to be sent back (as you can see). The salad was delicious and was served with exactly the right amount of honey mustard dressing and the baked sweet potato was perfect. Left empty plates!

When I say this is a disaster to even start! Waiting almost 2hrs after being told 1 hour for an almost EMPTY restaurant is insane! They are SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED to the point they may as well close the doors permanently. We’re actively sitting here for my daughter’s birthday on a school night and literally just now getting waters 2hrs in! No one is here to bus tables, take orders, cook food or even give out silverware: we just received 4 loves of bread with not one knife to cut it with and no one to ask for silverware. For the amount of money we’re spending, they need to increase pay or something to get some help cause this is plain ole ridiculous. A party of 2 was just seated around 40mins after us and arrived when we did. ALL FOOD CAME OUT BURNED BLACK AS TIRES‼️

Really busy place especiallyon Friday and days like Valentine’s. Their food is great, but they take forever on your order when they’re busy and will have you steak medium rare when you request it to be well done. Also check your order due accuracy. However, when they do a good job, they do a good job.

Placed an order for curbside pickup. Get there and the link sent via text to check does not work. Their waitress who brought my food outside was nice. I opened my food and my steak is completely burnt, literally black on top. I selected “Medium” for the cook of my steak. The top of steak is burnt to a crisp and the inside is well over medium. The person who grilled this could clearly see it’s burnt and the person who packaged my order could see that as well but they still decided to send this out to a customer.

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. I arrived and they told me I had a fifteen to twenty minute wait time but I ended up waiting forty five minutes in total. When I sat down , I ordered right away but did not get my food until forty five minutes later. I ordered my steak medium, well, but they gave it to me medium-rare but I was so hungry by that time , I did not complain. Also I ordered the broccoli and the broccoli was all smashed and not aesthetic at all. Another couple that was sitting next to me just got up and walked out. I should have done the same , but I was hungry. The waitress was o k , but everything was very poor. I will never eat at that long horn steakhouse again. Very aggravating and very disappointing experience and not to mention not very clean either
