I came to this location about a week or two ago and the atmosphere was amazing. The front staff greeted me right away, and Nola (or Noola) and Luis and this SUPER tall gentleman were all super sweet and welcoming. I ordered the grilled chicken with mac & cheese and it was AMAZING. Seriously superb. I came back the next week and the energy was still just as great. Definitely my new favorite place!

I ate lunch at the location on Fowler across from Winn-Dixie. I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A for lunch today. We ate in and we were greeted by several employees upon entering. The restaurant was very clean and smelled good. Our food was hot, fresh and was brought to our table by an employee shortly after we ordered. Our drinks were refilled by an employee walking around ensuring the restaurant stayed cleaned, customers were happy and received anything needed. I would definitely be back soon as well as recommend that restaurant to any and everyone.

The staff are great but I think the staff are generally understaffed. The drive-thru take like 20 minutes on average, you’re probably better off going to any other nearby chick-fil-a. They also cheap out on the fries. These are issues not uncommon to regular fast food chains, but chick-fil-a has always held themselves to a higher standard, that we’ve all come to expect. The average McDonalds is better than this specific chick-fil-a.

Always an exceptional experience at this location. I wanted to specifically note an employee, Sheryl, who is always so kind and extremely helpful. She’s there when you need her and always provides outstanding service, going above and beyond! She brightens the atmosphere tenfold and guarantees my return to this location in particular!

This is one of the lower rated CFAs and I could see why. The employees were nice but the food was meh. The soup tasted like metal. The fellow customers are exceptionally rude with several having loud speakerphone conversations. Obviously the restaurant can’t help the people that come in but they can make the food better.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one was important. Nola was incredibly kind and sweet, and even during her break, she took a moment to talk with me and completely brightened my day. The food was amazing, but her kindness is what stood out most.

Went here to get a spicy chicken meal as well as the chicken bite meal for my son and the portion size are insanely small what’s going on, on one of the bites lol it was the crust of the chicken, there were no bites just bread, I’m laughing to keep from being so upset I also purchased a large fruit bowl which the fruit was old and look like someone had already eaten from it, nobody looked cheerful at all what happened to great customer service and food that taste like your granny made it it truly sad that it’s hard to find good food as well as service

Worst drive thru experience I’ve had at any locations. Waited almost 20 min to get to window after ordering. Then another 5+ on the side to wait for a simple order of 2 burrito meals. One of them with OJ which after we left we realized it wasn’t handed to us. I guess we should have known better since as we were at the pick up window a pregnant woman walked over to ask for something on her order they forgot. Not going to this location again.
