Great food, service, everything as always. We were at the Morristown, TN location. Our server Wilson I think his name was, was great! He was on top of everything. He knew when the drinks were getting low & had a fresh one on time before we even asked! Food came out Hot, he was everywhere at once with great attitude. He’s got a great work ethic & is going places. He deserves to be a shift leader or manager or something. We will definitely be back!

My wife and parents came here for their anniversary last night. It was noticeably busy so it took about 20 minutes to sit down. Understandable since we went on a Saturday night. However, once we were seated, our waiter Seth was immediately very spaced out and inattentive. We ordered some bar drinks and a couple appetizers before placing our entree orders. The appetizers came out promptly and were the best part of the meal. We loved the Wild West Shrimp. However, it took half an hour before we ever got the two beers and one glass of wine we ordered. No apology, just that “the bar must have forgot to make them”. We were obviously pretty irritated and that must have showed because from that point on in the evening, our waiter Seth was completely rude to us and avoided our table as much as possible. Refills were non-existent for the night. My steak looked to be cooked well but I soon learned half of my ribeye was just gristle. Seth needs to consider a career change and you may want to consider somewhere else to spend your money if you’re in the mood for a good steak and good service.

To begin, I was unaware of the atmosphere due to my order being a to-go order. However, while snowing on the 30th of January, staff promptly and accurately delivered my order while providing exceptional customer service. Moreover, the food was quality, even on the ride home it stayed fresh and ready to eat. Personally, I’d recommend the sirloin. Keep up the great work long horn and never stop providing that exceptional customer service I experienced.

My fiancé and I dined with you on Valentine’s Day. We have visited your restaurant before and previously had excellent food and service, which is why we chose to celebrate our evening with you again.
We completely understand that Valentine’s Day is a very busy night. However, we were disappointed with several aspects of our experience. We were seated at what appeared to be a foldable card table with a plastic style picnic tablecloth that had a noticeable holes. We were not initially provided with silverware, and after asking another waitress, we still did not receive any until we asked our server whom later brought it.
Additionally, the drinks we ordered from the bar tasted watered down. When our meals arrived, our steaks were not cooked as requested. On a positive note, the salads, bread, and butter were enjoyable.
We wanted to share this feedback because we have truly enjoyed dining with you in the past and hope this was simply an off night. Thank you for taking the time to read our concerns.

Seating for a table of 6 was super quick and easy only waited 15 minutes I ordered the spicy chicken bites appetizer it was good as always. My main entree was the 12 count shrimp served on a bed of rice it was amazing as well. The server we had was very attentive to our group and provided excellent service for us

Visit date 1/03/26. My wife and I both ordered the ribeye combos, one with ribs and the other with shrimp. The salad was good but the server forgot the extra ranch. The ribs, shrimp and potato was perfect. I can’t say enough about the ribs! Fantastic. Both steaks were overcooked. They didn’t have a lot of flavor and they were burnt on each end of the steak. Both ordered medium but were served well done. The atmosphere and people are very nice and welcoming. If we return to this restaurant, we will not order any steak. If you order a mixed drink, make sure to get the extra shot, otherwise you might as well order a virgin drink.

My sister and I went in and were seated immediately at 4:35. The waiter, Wilson O. Was awesome. We order our drinks and appetizer. And a few minutes later we ordered our food. I ordered sirloin steak , well done ,dead , not mooing. When it comes to me 45 minutes later it was still mooing and oozing blood. I sent it back and ask them to take off my bill but I would gladly pay for salad and drink. The waiter went to the manager and told him not to charge me for the salad nor drink. I would have thought the manager would have come to apologize, then when my sister got her bill my drink was on her bill. NOT GOOD. Yes it is hard to get a steak well done but still oozing , and I’m not a chef or cook except at home. But still yet the manager himself should have come to apologize instead of sending the waiter!!!!!! We come in at 4:35 and food got there at 5:30. NOT ACCEPTABLE
