Great place to stop in at and grab a quick bite to eat. I ordered breakfast from here and the number 1 never disappoints. The seating area was very clean, and the staff were quick and friendly. Will be back again for the great customer service.

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment, which I frequent as my local Chick-fil-A. On a particular occasion, a discrepancy in the drive-thru service resulted in a considerable delay for my order. Despite being third in line on the left lane, I observed approximately fifteen vehicles from the right lane receive their orders before mine. This situation was quite frustrating.
Furthermore, following a demanding workday, my expectation is to receive my order accurately and efficiently. I typically trust that the contents of the bag provided, including sauces and the correct food items, will be accurate. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that the sauces were missing and my food order was incorrect. This oversight was deeply disappointing and, regrettably, prevented me from enjoying my meal. Instead, I am now dedicating my time to composing this feedback.
As an organization, you invest in your personnel, and as a customer, my fundamental expectation is the accurate fulfillment of my order. The cumulative impact of these issues has left me profoundly dissatisfied.

I usually stop by Chick-fil-A every other day and always order the Market Salad I know what it should look and taste like when it’s fresh. This morning, I picked one up like I normally do, and unfortunately, when I went to eat it later at lunch, I noticed the strawberries were moldy. Absolutely disappointing.
What made it worse is that just the day before, I had gone to a different location and my salad was missing the toppings altogether. So not only did I drive to another location hoping for a better experience my lunch was ruined again.
Maybe the salads aren’t big sellers, but that’s no excuse. Quality should be checked on every single one before it leaves the kitchen. Please do better.

I’m not big I’m fast food dining however today at the end of my day I decided to stop by to enjoy some Chick-fil-A. I ended up getting the spicy deluxe. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received by Rachel at the drive-through she made me feel at ease, ordering my food and was very available to answer all my questions she made me smile through the intercom kudos to her for making my first experience one to remember. Although they were minutes from closing, she was as pleasant as if her shift just started.

Had to beg for my food. I was told the “new policy” was that we had to tell them our name to get out orders and they no longer called out names. WELL THATS FANTASTIC IF AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE AN EMPLOYEE WHOS THERE. Today there was not. By time someone saw the 5 people waiting, my food was cold. The person wearing the gray jacket would rather argue about your “new policy” and whine about being understaffed. Long story short, THANKS FOR THE COLD FOOD. And oh by the way, your coke zero is ABSOLUTELY FLAT.

Ordered through Postmates 2 salads, 1 nugget meal, and 2 drinks. Salad had wrong chicken (cold tenders instead of hot nuggets), tea should have been 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet (fully unsweet instead), out of 4 sauces requested got none.
Called the store and they could offer no recourse other than call Postmates, who offered $2.

Customer service is ALWAYS top notch. And their food usually is too, however lately the chicken tastes strange. It’s still tender and cooked perfectly, but the texture and flavor have changed. Not sure what’s going on, but they have changed something in the chicken itself.

I finally got the chance to stop by during their breakfast hours and I am so happy I did. The food was amazing. I don’t really consider chicken to be a dish eaten for breakfast but I decided to try the Chicken Biscuit anyway. This breakfast was sandwich was perfect! The biscuit was soft and buttery and the after drizzling a little honey on top it had the perfect mix of sweet and savory. My husband opted for something more healthy and got the Egg White Grill which he said was really good. I do feel like the hash browns could have been crispier, it seemed like they had been taken out of the fryer just a minute too early.

I mean…. I know this is not the popular train of thought…. but for me it was “just ok”. I wouldn’t run there again because there are so many other better options. I absolutely wouldn’t say it was the worst I’ve had… but I don’t really get the hype. I did find the batter/breading on the chicken to be very bland and lacking in flavor. For a place that boasts about their chicken I was expecting more flavour. I would suggest trying their mac’n cheese… for take-out it was pretty decent. But for the large, which isn’t very large by the way… it was a wee bit pricey. Either way… try them or don’t… it’s not going to change your life. There are better chicken places out there!
