Ordered a to go order, got it home and this was my potatoes, sweet potato and loaded baked potato,,both of them was burnt like crazy,skin was thick like leather!! Ridiculous for what it cost!

Good food, great service, and we LOVE the cowboy-style decor
My husband ordered the 24oz Longhorn steak with a loaded baked potato and salad ~ everything was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious! I went with the 9oz lemon garlic grilled chicken, also with a loaded baked potato (toppings on the side) and steamed broccoli. It was flavorful, but my only complaint is that parts of the chicken were a bit tough and not edible.
The peach tea was so good and the Tonion appetizer was tasty too! The bread was just okay but pretty bland, and the butter could definitely use an upgrade.
The entire wait staff was friendly, attentive, and kept our tea glasses full the whole time
We’d definitely return!

We had the cheese stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer I had the ribeye. My wife had the pork chops. It was all very well prepared and great tasting The atmosphere was wonderful. The manager even come and introduced herself. Very nice! The wait staff was all pleasant and very prompt always smiling,great place Will definitely be back

Called got put on the wait list for an hour it wasn’t very busy when we got there had a good size group it took an additional 30 mins to be seated as I said it wasn’t very busy. It took the waitress a good while before she got to us some of us had a decent steaks but it seem like they people who got the t bones and long horn steak were over seasoned when mentioned to the waitress she laughed and said oh yeah the cooks just do that sometimes and I get that remaking the steaks might not have been the option but at least talking to the manger or something to make it some what right or at least making the customer feel heard would have been nice.

Our food was great and our waitress was amazing! They got really busy right after we got there so it was a bit crazy for her. My only complaint was how hot it was in the building. Absolutely loved our waitress! Wish I could remember her name. I just know she was a petite girl and I she mentioned she had a second job. But she was great!

Food great I love the food but the GM here is awful. She must have something stuck up the butt all the time the way she treats people. Usually I love Longhorn and have gotten great food and fantastic service. But our most recent visit to this location was horrible! Was told the wait would be 35-45 minutes by the manager. (She looked to be training the hostess) We ended up waiting and hour and a half! Kept getting told about 10 more minutes… We finally get a table then two more parties, the same size as ours, got seated, drinks and bread and order taken before we ever had a waitress come to our table. We got our food before our appetizer, foods were cold. Asked several times for refills on drinks. Was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant and very disappointed. Our family loves Longhorn but will not be back to this particular location. We spent more time trying to eat dinner than we did at the “Christmas At The Falls” at Noccalula park, and we even waited in line for Santa and the train!

Come inside to pick up a Togo order. Standing at the pickup area for 5 minutes not even acknowledged while listening two employees just talk randomly. I can understand that that the one guy is casually working the bar but and was currently not busy. You could at least acknowledge the customer and say someone will be with you in a moment.

Worst Longhorn location I’ve ever been to! Food was bland and the service was even worse. The woman at the bar obviously has regulars, which is fine. But nobody wants to be ignored all night. I literally watched her ask every single person at the bar if they wanted dessert and they all declined. After walking past me several times without saying a word, she finally came over and took my receipt out of the glass and passed it over to me, as if she was ready for me to hurry and leave. Never even asked me or mentioned dessert. I actually wanted to order a dessert to go, but after this I paid my tab and left immediately. Definitely won’t spend my money where I’m not wanted. And I will never be coming back to this location again.

I’ve never ate at a Longhorn’s Steakhouse before and it was phenomenal. My waitress Emily was super nice as well as the other staff constantly checking in on me and bringing me refills. The inside was very nice and clean, For a western style place it was very Laid back and calm. As for the food, it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten in my entire life and I’m not kidding. I got the Longhorn steak And words can’t describe how good it was. My side item was a loaded potato, which was Pretty good and mac & cheese that was great as well. The bread they gave me at the start tasted good, but it had some hard pieces inside, Which I’m not a fan of, but I’m not knocking the restaurant for it. Tea was good too. For a first impression, they knocked it out of the park. If you’re ever wanting to try this place, try this one here in Gadsden. You will leave satisfied like I did.
