Longhorn is a chain so it’s not a 5 star different place with white table cloths. Our group went here and had a great meal. Wasn’t too crowded and had great service. Those baby back ribs are to die for.. others had bone in ribeye which they loved. Another had French onion soup also recommended. Really good food and service for a chain.

I brought a party of 12 for my son’s birthday. I attempted to make a reservation. Not possible. I was told to call the morning of so they could at least try to prepare. Didn’t work. We showed up 15 minutes early to get a table for our guests that were coming. They wouldn’t seat us until everyone was there. A little over half of our party was there when another large party about the same size walked in. They gave our table to the other party and left us waiting another half hour. We waited a total of an hour to be seated. The food was good, however one person had to wait until everyone was nearly done eating to get their food because a waitress dropped their plate in the floor. We were also continuously interrupted about an ice cream cake I had in their freezer after telling them I’d let them know when we were ready. I definitely don’t recommend this place for any sort of gathering. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I went on Sunday afternoon, and it was not very crowded. My sister and I were seated fairly quickly, but our server was nowhere to be found. Another person working there, potentially a different server I guess, stopped by to check on us and eventually she just took over. She is the only reason that I gave the service four stars. She did a fantastic job. Throughout the restaurant a lot of the tables were dirty, and there did not seem to be that many people working there.

Ive loved longhorns since its first opened but this time was one of the least pleasing visits. Our order was taken quickly but my drink (coke) tasted like diet ignoring that our server brought out one loaf and neglected to give another the whole time we were there. We were not asked if we needed anything until the very end and we were neglected the whole time given that our server had a large party but they were beside us if it was needed we should have been passed off to another server. Our food was on the verge of cold and room temp. Wont be coming back until fixed

We went here to eat. I ordered the salmon dinner with steamed broccoli. My broccoli was not steamed. My salmon was burnt my wife. She ordered a LH hamburger it didn’t come with the bacon her asparagus was as big as tree trunks. We told the manager the manager come and sit down at our table. He said he would make a Right we got up to start to leave I paid for my bill was $68. I asked my wife I said what did he take out he said that he was going to make it right he only $13 off. I thought that he was going to make it right We didn’t even eat none of our food. He even told us he had a new cook that it would take some time. I’m very disappointed in this manager Gregory R Golub plus we didn’t eat none of our food

The food was awesome. I always like to get the long horn steak medium well done and asparagus and loaded potatoes. It is one of the tender steaks if cooked properly. Which it was. I love going there. A lot of times they are very busy. So expect to wait. At least 30 to 45 min. To be seated

Having just left another restaurant because they let us sit for more than 2 hours and ignored us, we ended up at Longhorn. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait but it was only 15 or so. The waitress was amazing. Our drinks arrived in just a minute and our order was placed. App of stuffed mushrooms was great! Within 15 minutes, our food came, and it was great! The Cowboy ribeye (bone in) was cooked perfectly. My wife ordered chicken and said it was so good. Overall, a great experience compared to the restaurant we had left.

Highly recommend. If you don’t mind spending a little extra $$ for great steak that is cooked to perfection this is definitely for you. Not only do they have great steak but their food as a whole is so good. I highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms for your appetizer. I got the grilled shrimp over rice pilaf with steamed broccoli and my mom got the filet mignon with steamed broccoli. It was worth every penny. Loved the decor. And our sever was Rita. We highly recommend her. She’s super sweet and helpful. She checked in on us often. The only complaint I have is that the sweet tea was TOO sweet. It tasted like straight sugar. If you like your tea sweet but not too sweet like me I would suggest half sweet half non sweet mixed.
