Hostess, waitress and managers were all super friendly. However, drinks and food were forgotten. She apologized and let us know. I ordered brick house wings, did not care for them. My husband finally got his jambalaya and his rice was crunchy. My friends WELL done hockey puck burger. Won’t be back

Inconsistent. I met a friend for appetizers in February. Food was good. Food came quick. Service was good. I had been thinking about the buffalo chicken meatballs for weeks. Fast forward to today when we met for a family lunch. Our server was very friendly and attentive but major challenges in the kitchen were bad enough to make me question if I would return. We (only 4 of us) were there 90 minutes and spent way more time waiting than eating. Appetizer was over cooked. My meatballs (the whole reason I went) were dry and overcooked. My husbands fish was mostly batter and overcooked. And the margarita pizza was topped with CILANTRO. After the waitress stated “yeah it comes with cilantro” we (and she) confirmed the menu listed only basil and not cilantro (c’mon people that’s gotta be the most controversial herb in history). For most…if you don’t like it…it’s a dramatic “tastes like soap” thing (such is the case with my family). They did comp the pizza…but they are darned lucky it wasn’t a true allergy. I tried to provide this feedback less publicly but the website did not list this particular location for feedback. So hoping I can get managements attention here as they need to either stop putting cilantro on pizza or change the menu. This could be a serious issue for anyone with severe allergy. The only good thing about our lunch was the rare family time and the chicken pot pie (which was prepared well and quite tasty). I know restaurants can have bad days but today was so bad it makes me wonder if it’s worth the risk to try again.

My son took me here for the first time. I had the Baked Pork Chop meal and you talking about tender, “YES LORD”. I will be back to try that again. The service was great and they cares about their customers and if something wrong with your food, they will make it better than before. My green beans was a little under cooked but they made it right . Thank you for the good food!!!!

Brick House was pretty good. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The seasoning on the chicken was pretty good. It complimented the waffles and syrup, but was seasoned properly enough that it could have been eaten without anything else with it. The waffles were nice and fluffy, not stale or premade. I would probably rate this place about a 7.5/10. I enjoyed it.

Food was good. The atmosphere was a good vibe for a date night. We did wait quite a long time for our food, but it was delicious. The mac burger = highly recommended.

Helena is an excellent server. She was friendly and helpful during our visit. Food was served hot from the kitchen and tasted wonderful. The chicken tenders were flavorful served with fries. The cheeseburger and tots were received exactly as ordered. Our first time there and will certainly not be our last. The mozzarella bricks were a complete surprise which made our day.

This was my first time visiting with a group of friends. Several of us ordered the blacked Salmon and it was cooked really well and flavorful. We went around 12 on Sat and it wasn’t overly packed and the wait staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. Will definitely be back when I’m town.

We stopped for dinner at this restaurant during a trip to the St. Louis area. They serve a limited but good menu of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads, and several different entrees. I ordered the fried deviled eggs as an appetizer. I was not sure what to expect with these but they were honestly and surprisingly good and I would like to try to replicate them at home some time. I ordered a burger as my entrée and it was good and cooked to my preference.

The only reason I deducted a star was due to the wait time. The restaurant was no overly crowded, we were seated right away, but it seemed our ordered took a while to come out. Other than that, it was a good overall experience and I would go again.

Brickhouse Tavern has a calm, rustic atmosphere that I really enjoyed—it’s warm, relaxed, and inviting. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the prices. The Philly cheesesteak was especially disappointing; the one at the mall is honestly better. I also tried the bison burger, which lacked flavor and was very dry. The only standout dish for me was the fried deviled eggs, which were genuinely delicious. Overall, great ambiance, but the food needs improvement to justify the cost.
